Access Health Care

My dad comes here for his daily chiropractic massage. And he’s posture has gotten amazing and everyday after leaving this office he feels relaxed and he can feel the difference in his back and shoulders. I would highly recommend all to go. I can see the difference and it’s only been a few months!

My husband and I had dental appointments for general exam and cleaning. They had just moved into their new office and were pretty unorganized. We waited a fair while before getting called back to a chair. The technicians and the dentist were nice enough, but the whole atmosphere was very unprofessional. We were told we would each receive a treatment plan in a day or two. About a week after the appointment, my husband called and inquired about the status of the treatment plan and was told that the doctor’s notes were too vague and that she would talk to him and get it to him by that Saturday. We never received anything. Sent a letter requesting digital copies of our XRays, and got no response at all. Neither my husband nor myself plan to ever return there. We have taken our business elsewhere and are extremely pleased.

Dental care review:
The office was brand spanking new and beaming with beautiful new tile work. They just moved 2 days ago to a new office in room 201. They are no longer in room 209.
I arrived at 10:40am for my 10:45am cleaning appointment only to wait 75 mins in the waiting area. I was finally called by a woman who never introduced herself or her role. Not sure if she’s a hygienist or a dentist. As a medical professional, yes this matters. I want to know who you are, what you’re capable of doing, what you know and what you’re about to do to me. Honestly, she sat me down to the electric chair and started putting crap in my mouth for X-​rays without telling me anything. I find this first 90 mins of this experience very unprofessional. After the X-​rays were taken, she left and hasn’t returned in the last 10 mins now. Wonder if some other patient swallowed her whole.
SAVING GRACE: finally after waiting for that other girl who remain unnamed… Dr Ahmad came in and introduced herself and told me about my X-​rays, examined the pearlies and cleaned my teeth. She was friendly, informative, efficient and I was totally happy with my cleaning.
I will most definitely return because of Dr. Ahmed. Well maybe I’ll think twice because 2 hours spent majority on waiting was really not ideal for me. Wish they would teach the assistant some bedside manners and get their schedule in order.

I’ve been going to access healthcare and I must say they are really good. They even send out coupons for any promotions they have and is always a great deal.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Naveed Saeed for about 13 years now. Absolutely always recommend this chiropractor to anyone and everyone I ever come across. He is extremely professional and does quality work that always results in improvement to my health. Also, Dr Naveed Saeed is a man of integrity, and honesty. Most people just look at people’s degrees and automatically assume because they’re a doctor they are good people. Well that’s definitely not true. I know plenty of jerk doctors. And Dr Naveed is definitely NOT one of them. He will respect your parents, treat you with kindness, and surely win over your referrals.
