RUINED my son’s party! I booked a bounce house, it was for 8÷15÷2015. you can never reach this company by phone, so i messaged them on Facebook and set everything up. (that should have been my 1^st clue to not do business with them)
it was confirmed they would be there at 3pm, they never showed, so i called numerous times. Finally the owner gets back and says he cannot locate his driver… really? You’re telling me you employ people who are useless… why couldn’t he send someone else? Why not actually hire reliable people…
They could have at least called me earlier and warned me they were having trouble locating their only driver… Beware, DO NOT do business with them.

We made reservations with these guys after meeting them at another party. My friend had a pleasant experience with them, so I gave them a shot. They offered us a fair price, and told us they will be at our place on a Saturday Morning at 9 AM. THESE GUYS SHOULD UP AT 8:45! My 5 year old and his little buddies were having a blast! (OK some of us older kids too enjoyed ourselves) Here is why I’m really writing this review for other Unilocalers. These guys called me in the middle of the afternoon and asked how everything was going? If the kids were enjoying themselves? Really? WOW! That’s service! The set up and the take down did not take long. Great Price & Excellent Service. I will use these guys again! Keep up the Great Work!

After seeing Bounce Wizard at a promotional event at the Sears Center I decided to book them for my nephew’s birthday earlier this week. I have to say, I was impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. They arrived at my sister’s house at noon just as promised. Initially, I was a bit concerned because the lawn isn’t completely flat and I thought the castle would not fit. Luckily, this proved not to be a problem. They came ready with stakes and extension cords to ensure that the castle could be mounted properly. I spoke to the delivery person and he said that he would return at 9 p.m. to pick up the castle. I asked if it would be possible to come back at 7 p.m. instead because the kids wanted to play mini golf later and the delivery guy said it would be no problem at all. He returned promptly at 7 p.m. ready to take down the castle. I asked him if it would be possible to stay for an extra 5 minutes so the neighbor’s kid, who just came home a couple minutes prior from a trip to Michigan, could play for a little bit. With no hesitation they were glad to wait a little while longer to ensure that we were happy with our experience. I can tell that these people really want to make sure that the kids are happy. If my nephew wants a bounce castle at his party next year, I will definitely call these guys again.

I booked an inflatable bounce house for my 8 year olds birthday party back in the beginning of june. I had called this so called company the day before his party to confirm our reservation which was friday 7÷11÷14 and could not get ahold of anybody all day… until 9:00 o’clock at night, they reassured me that they would be at my residence at noon but the person I spoke with had to take down ALL of my information AGAIN because «he was out on a delivery». when really it sounded like he had no idea what I was even talking about. 12:00pm came the following day and they were nowhere in sight, I had called them and they had told me how they had to cancel my reservation because it rained in the morning… and they didn’t even bother to call!?! My son was so upset he looked forward to this day for weeks, he cried half the afternoon. THANK GOD I was able to find a legitimate company to come out within 20 minutes of my phone call. Also when I spoke with them that Friday night they had told me that the castle that I had previously booked was «out for repair». This company is a joke…
Lol there were no reviews on this company until I had written mine. Now of a sudden there’s 2 new reviews and wow they rated them 5 stars huh? Kinda suspicious seeing this is the first company that they BOTH rated when they created there Unilocal account. Must’ve been a coincidence!
