Did a great job. Very thorough and found several areas where mice were getting in – we paid someone else to do the job a year ago and nice mob exterminators found the job wasn’t complete. Like the fact they guarantee their work and will extend the warranty with a small yearly maintenance fee. Makes sense, the outside of your house is constantly decomposing gotta make sure every year no other holes have opened up!

Selling my home and the inspection report indicated a possible mice infestation in my attic due to burrowing holes in my insulation. Called and spoke to Matt. After discussing the issue with him he pointed out that the holes may be from a previous infestation and suggested I put out a couple paper plates with a cheerio on each plate in the attic. If after a day or two the cheerios were still there I would know there was no longer an infestation. I did just that and was pleasanty surprised to find there was no infestation. The cheerios remained and I no longer needed the extermination. I really appreciate Matt’s honesty and good advice and will definitely use his services if needed in the future.

Matt was very open on our first phone conversation about what he could do and his minimum inspection fee. He arrived at out appointment on time and prepared to do a thorough inspection. As he suspected during our phone call it was more of a sewer problem than anything else. He gave me very specific advice on what to do and offered to be available by phone for my plumber if he had any questions. Even though he spent a fair bit of time during the inspection he only charged the minimum inspection fee we discussed. I would not hesitate to use him on any of the properties I own including my personal residence.

We had mice mob come out and not only rid our home with a minor mice problem, but they also mouse-proofed our house. This was back in October and of yet, not a single mouse in our house. Great job by Matt and his crew.

These guys are rock solid – amazing customer service! When I called late one night having been shocked and horrified by a mouse in my closet I expected voice mail — I got the owner, live and willing to schedule an ASAP visit! Matt came out to take a look to see what sort of pest we heard at our house. We thought it was mice, but after further inspection this was not the case. Matt identified what we were hearing was a raccoon, that had not made it in the house.
He also gave us some advice on how to do some preventative maintenance. All of this, and he was honest enough not to charge us either. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. I will be using them again.

So far so good! Its only been a couple of weeks and was told after treatment that I may see some mice dead outside and I did! The technicians came out and sealed up the outside. Everyone is really nice and takes the time to answer your questions. And I dont know if this is important to anyone else but it is to me — they ALL take off their shoes before coming in the house! Thank you Mice Mob!

These guys are great. Matt came right out and figured out our odor problem — a dead raccoon under our front step. He sent his guy (Dan) out the next day. Dan spent all afternoon figuring out how to remove the animal but also animal proof and deodorize the area. We were very happy — although I’m hoping to not have problems like this in the future — i will definitely call them again.

Highly recommend these guys. Was completely lost as to where our mice were coming in from the house. They had a pretty clear cut plan, and executed it very well. After an initial treatment, a few days later a couple workers came out and looked all over the outside of our house to try and figure out where the mice were coming in. They quickly identified and resolved the entrances. Would highly recommend.
