worse customer service! cant even help anyone! questions cant even be answered! some girl that was helping me was more worried about her hair then how she was helping me… just rude and will not be back in again!

I stopped by this store twice. The first time it took about 20 minutes to be attended. When that happened I was told that they couldn’t provide what I was looking for without providing another option. I was basically dismissed once my question was «answered.» The second time I walked in the store I waited in line while two people were being helped. In the 25 minutes I was waiting I was not acknowledged nor was I advised someone would be able to assist me soon. A gentleman, who I regret not getting his name, finished assisting a couple and signed some paperwork and looked at the line of now 3 people grabbed his paperwork and walked into a back room. There was a service center that was helping other customers at this time and more people waiting to be helped. I waited about 15 more minutes and still no help so I took a few business cards and left. A week later I went to another sprint store and had 10x more help in 5 minutes than this place provided in two visits.

I came in there to upgrade my phone. German was super helpful and took the time to explain each detail. He was very friendly and personable. All the employees were friendly and even offered me water while I waited.
Very glad I found this store and happy to keep doing business with Sprint.

This is the worst place to due business with I like sprint and have been with them since 2007 and before that Nextel but this has to be the worst assistant manager he won’t even listen to the customer care person on the phone but thanks to Gabe being so rude sprint waved all my fees… Sprint said they will take it from here thanks Gabe

This is one of the better Sprint stores. The assistant manager is great and worked with me patiently with my upgrade. They are very customer friendly and are well staffed. I just upgraded my iPhone this weekend and I found the whole visit very positive. If you are in the area make sure you go to this Sprint store for great service

As I walked in the door, Sean greeted me with a smile and asked if there was anything I needed. He helped me out with a new simcard for my Galaxy S3 as well as an Otterbox. I was disappointed that there was only one Otterbox for the S3 but Sean told me that Sprint is phasing out S3 gear to make room for S4 gear. It would have been nice to have something for the prior generation, as not everyone can upgrade to the new phone. In any case, the service was very friendly and I was able to get what I need in less than 15 minutes.

Had a bad experience with a particular gentlemen that helped me get a phone and service and the service ended up not working at all and I had 14 days to return but he decided to not make that extra effort to properly cancel my service and I ended up getting a $ 400+ bill from Sprint and it ended up in collections messing up my credit. I only owed for the 5 days I had the phone service, mind you that didnt work so I am very dissapointed.
Be careful when you bring everything back and cancel.
