I love this Starbucks! Baristas are always friendly and go way out of their way to always make it right. They are always busy because I think everyone knows what a great Starbucks this one is! Drive thru is always fast and gets my order right every time! Manager is awesome there too, always working hard every time I see him in there. I’ve been coming here for many years, so please don’t listen to the couple bad reviews from unhappy people trying to bring everyone else down with them, these baristas are awesome! Great place to go to meet up with friends and meetings too!

Who likes sitting in the drive through for 20 min being charged for items they don’t even have and then getting a drink that’s not even made right? Well if u do, this Starbucks is for u! I ALWAYS have to sit in the drive through forever. Today was 20, yes 20 min. They charged me for an item that they were out of. And my drink was TERRIBLE! No one ever knows what’s going on there, there is no direction what so ever if the GM is not in the building. They are always understaffed and never prepared. How hard is it to get an order right? This location needs some serious help and it’s really sad their corporate allows this business to run as terribly as it is. Very dissatisfied, if not for convenience, I’d never go to this location!

I used to love this location, but now things seem to be slipping. The drive-​through takes forever, they run out of ingredients/​breakfast items, and they have sold me frozen protein boxes three times. By the time the protein box thaws out, everything is soggy or rotten. Very very disappointed.

I stop here a lot on my way to work. When I have gone inside it can take forever to get my coffee. They seem to worry about the drive thru first. I don’t even order a special coffee either. Lately, I have been using the drive thru and it seems that every time I ask for a drink stopper it is like I am asking to end the world. Think about it I am in my car driving and I don’t want coffee to spill out the top. Then they don’t listen to what I say when I get to the window. I plan as day said I would like to use my free drink and the guy takes my card and swipes it. I was like did you use my free drink he was like oh is that what you said. I understand you are trying to get things done fast but you just wasted like 5 minutes trying to correct your mistake.

Hate to do this, as I love the ‘bucks, but this location’s drive-​thru is awful. Not only did they get my order wrong twice in one visit, but each drink took forever to make. I agree with the previous review stating that there is not enough staff supporting this location.
My visits in-​store, haven’t been much better. If you order decaf, definitely double check with the barista preparing your beverage.

Always friendly and i like the new drive thru. Only problem i have is they run out of breakfast sandwiches too fast :(but otherwise a good starbucks to go to.

Walk in service only. Great baristas though. They really want you satisfied with your order, and they do what you ask. Love this Starbucks!
