I called and the guy literally was like «um hi» and had no idea what was going on. Gave me like 2 prices and said «is that all you want?» I’m going to the place down the street! Customer service is important!!!

Lets write something for everyone… This place is self serve, the whole process, logging in, grab 2 towels, clean the bed before I trust no one, tan, clean the bed and area after…$ 40 unlimited for all beds REALLY!!!
The place is very clean and lets keep it that way and the beds are top line.
And for no reason should you ever think a level 1 is as good as a level 3 4 5 what every, you want the best beds at lower times under the lights… Quality.
If you purchase a good lotion with good bronzer’s in a good bed NEWBies 6 min MAX your first 4 trips to the bed then 8 mins after that… build up. Good lotion lets my tan stay longer and I only go once every week after the first 4 trips.

I love this place! Not only are all tans $ 10, but they’re offering 2 tans in any bed for just $ 10 right now! I can also pay for a level 3 bed for a month at a level 1 price! The level 1 beds here are higher than most level 3 beds at other places!
It’s always clean and it’s open 6am-​12am! You really can’t beat it.

went there today at lunch to get signed up and nobody was there. i finally called them as i stood in the lobby and a guy from the laundry side came over and knew nothing about the beds. not the greatest customer service!
