My wife and I went in last Saturday looking for a furniture set since we’ll be moving in the near future. After having spent most of the day looking, we finally found something we thought would work. After speaking with Judy, who was immensely kind and helpful with us, we still weren’t sure. Just was nice enough to help us shuffle some furniture around to see if it went together, she answered our questions and was incredibly patient while we debated without ever pressuring us. I wish more sales people would do the same. We returned last night after seeing a sale kick off and picked up all our furniture. Judy again walked us through everything from beginning to end. We were both impressed with how she worked with us. When we finally left, we were thrilled with our future furniture and can’t wait to see and sit on it in our new place!

I am very disappointed with the level of deceit and the quality of their furniture. I made a purchase a year and a half ago and I just finished paying for it. I saw that the legs were wobbly. I tried to put them back but it would’t because of a defect in the mechanism. The legs are about to snap and are hanging loose in the 3 couches. Also the fabric in the bottom started falling and the material is showing. very tacky! I called the room place thinking it would be a breeze since I paid my insurance and as promised its a 5 year protection no matter what happened to it. I called the protection company they said they will not cover it because it is structural so the Room Place would do it. I called Roomplace they said they do not cover it either. They did not even listen to what the problem is .I kept hearing«no body will be able to help you“Unfortunately» I am I am sorry to have paid 4000 $ for this pathetic furniture .They said it is not structural. I want to know if the legs of a sofa are falling apart! What kind of problem is it? Cosmetic!!!They were just not making any sense. The protection clearly states that it would protect against any fallen joints or any structural issues. They just kept passing the ball and I was left with bad couches that I purchased less than two years is a total rip off. I took good care of them and I prevented any rip or tear. This issue is because it was a poor manufacturing period. I filed a complaint with BBB and I expect someone to at least take a look at it or a full refund. I was a good customer. I did my part but they did not. I will make sure to spread the word about this business and would not recommend anyone buying or doing business with them.

We visited this store after having been to two others. We were looking for a sectional, but had no specifications other than size in mind. Aneta was very willing to help us without being too pushy, She was knowledgeable about the selection and helped us find exactly what suited our taste! Ramon, the manager, was also very accommodating and professional and made sure that we left very happy — which we did!

Jasmine was nice and fixed issues. I had many issues, I had to escalate them to corporate.. The good thing is they did acknowledge and support me. So they are taken care of. It’s how you handle issue that can set you apart. Hopefully they will train in store managers to act quicker so it doesn’t go to corporate. Good job turning it around.

I’ve been helping my mom shop for a new loveseat for a few days now. What we like seems to only be available in Futon. LOL When we first walked in to The Room Place, I was concerned we wouldn’t find anything because of its size; I worried there wouldn’t be much of a selection from their showroom for a loveseat. I was wrong! My mom found the loveseat but could not get over the price. She was surprised by the $ 20 difference between that and a couch. All it took was for Dominic, our Sales Manager, to offer my mom phone numbers of three organizations that pick up any unwanted furniture from her home… With that information, my mom purchased TWO sofas!?! The delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. That’s plenty of time for her to make arranagements and reconfigure the living room.
