Ultimate Window Concepts

I have to say how imperssed I am with this company. I called ABC supply in West Chicago, knowing that they supply most of the really profesional siding and roofing supplies in our area, I asked if I would be able to purchase siding from them if I wanted to do my house myself, and since I do own a company in Wheaton, they said yes. I asked for a recomendation on someone who would do a good job replacing the windows and siding on my house in Wheaton, and they highly recommended Mark from Ultimate Window Concepts. He came out and gave me an estimate, he seemed very knowledgable about all of it, the price was very good in my mind, but more important, I felt he and his crew would do a good job. I hired them to do the whole thing. The job came out great, house looks great, all rotten wood was replaced, the windows are wonderful, I know they are not the most expensive windows in the world, but such a huge improvement from the original ones! The work was done on or before the date he told me it would be, the work area was cleaned up well, I was very happy with the results. This was almost two years ago now, it still looks and works great. I recomenede him to my brother who had them replace all of his windows as well, he is also happy with them, almost two years later.
So…Just earlier this month, at my girlfriends house, I rebuilt the window openings on her side porch. The knee walls under the rotten sils were rotted out as well. I built new walls, sills, munions, retrimed all of it out and put inside stops in. (this company would have done this as well, but we were on a tight budget). I had Mark come out for an estimate on the windows, fully expecting to order windows from Home Deopt and install them myself. In fact it was just about the same price to have them come out and install the new windows, wrap all of the exterior in aluminum, and caulk it all inside and out. I KNOW that they can do a better job than I at insalling windows, so… it was a no brainer. They came out great! My lover just loves her porch, now going to be useable at least 3 seasons, and after being involved with three projects using Ultimate Window Concepts, I can fully recomend them. I know much of their work is doing roofing, I have had no experiance with their roofing work, but if it matches the siding and windows, I am sure it would be wonderful! It might be worth noting that sometimes it may take a while to hear back from them, the cell number should be advertised better, its hard to find, and that there can be a language barrier sometimes, much of the crew is Polish, great workers, but some people might have a problem comunicating if Mark is not around, I did not have any problems what so ever!
