Andriola’s Cesspool Svce

Our bank required a cesspool certification in order to close on the house we’re buying. I called around to a few places and was quoted astronomical prices for this simple job, but Andriola’s was much lower than the others so I went with them and I’m glad we did. Andrew was great! He went above and beyond. Instead of a simple «yes, everything works, here’s your paperwork to give the bank,» he pointed out things to us that may become problems down the road — things we wouldn’t expect a cesspool guy to care about, like the windowsill in the shower being low enough that water may seep in and damage it over time — and he was patient enough to explain Cesspools 101 to the two of us who, until now, have only lived in places with sewers.
I hope we don’t need to call for a cesspool service any time in the near future, but if we do, we’ll be calling Andriola’s.
