ZERO STARS!!! If I can give them ZERO stars I WOULD. Do NOT book from them. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. People who are rude and hangs up on their customers do NOT deserve ANY future customers. Here is what happened:
I called them to tell them about a very hectic itinerary that I planned running back and forth between New York City and New Jersey all in one day. A very rude person was on the other side of the line. His tone was rude from the get-​go. As I am not from NY, I was only able to rely on Google map traffic to gauge traffic during certain hours and plan my meetings according to that. I told this very rude person who picked up the phone my plan and he said this is definitely not doable and that I cannot rely on Google map for traffic information. I asked for an opinion on how I can arrange my meetings so it would be feasible with the NY traffic, what time I should leave my meetings etc. Here is what he said, «Ma’am with your plans, we are not going anywhere.» [CLICK] He hung up on me! I called back immediately and said «Um, excuse me? Why did you hang up on me? I asked for an opinion on how to arrange my day so it works well with NY traffic. I am not from there. But you just said ok it’s not doable and then hangs up on me?!» He kept trying to refute his behavior. Not at all apologetic. Unbelievable. I hung up because there is no point in wasting time to talk to someone who is so rude and unwilling to help.
Everyone — There are a LOT of private driver services in New York. We do NOT have to give business to this type of customer service. They do not deserve ANY customers.

We really enjoyed Steve and his services. This is a great company — efficient, timely, and affordable! And funny to boot! An enjoyable time was had by all. I can’t recommend them enough.
