Company utilizes independent contractors to perform its work. Three years ago we contracted 4 Seasons to install a new kitchen. Major work. However after the initial meeting describing the details of the job we: Did NOT receive what had been proposed,. We continue to be plagued by a variety of problems including a bathroom plumbing system that continues to freeze due to a total lack of insulation in the wall, a kitchen faucet that was not properly installed and several cost overruns that were arbitrary imposed on us by the contractor. Contractor was not able to complete the grouting of the Kitchen tile(WE did that ourselves after the job was«finished»). The follow up by the company was negligible primarily because the contractor severed his relationship with 4 Seasons. Bottom line is that we did not receive the overall product that we had paid for. On going problems persist — at our expense. Lastly we received no follow up from 4 Seasons after the work was completed –including requests to have the grouting completed.

Four Seasons is a solid company with great customer service. They have a wide range of sunroom options, as well as a new window line and deck products. I’m ordering a Cape Cod grey deck from them for my new house and cant wait for the end result! Their DryShield composite decking looks more realistic than the competition and the warranty cant be beat.

I originally have a job with Four Season on July 2013 to replace some old windows that were installed 20 years ago. That job went very well and I gave them five stars review. on May of this year I called them again to replace some more older windows. Unfortunately Justin, the salesman that took care of me was no longer with the company. The customer service this time was Horrible I talked to Janet on a Thursday and she set up an appointment for me with a salesman the following Friday morning. Nobody showed up. When I called I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Left messages, Nobody returned back to me. eventually I got someone that told me that I was supposed to call and confirm. Janet never told me that. Customer service in this company deserve only one star. Franc the installer did a great job so that is why I am giving them 3 stars.

I’ve been calling this company for MONTHS to replace a shattered window. I got a salesman on the line who set up a specific date and time for someone to come to the house to give me an estimate. Needless to say, no one showed and I could never get back to the person who set up the appointment on their 800 number. I spent 2 months leaving voice mails for any number I could find associated with 4 Seasons. NOONE ever called back. Finally I got a person in their customer«advocacy» office who put me in touch with the first person I thought was responsive. We had been talking and emailing back and forth and then… wouldnt you know… she disappeared. Its been weeks now and this has been such a frustrating experience. I don’t know how they do business this way. But i’d stay away.

Although I love my finished sunroom I would never do business with this company again. The salesman did a great job and we were immediately ready to sign on the dotted line and give half the money upfront. We were told no variance would be needed and that the room would be installed within 2 months. Of course a variance was needed. After3 months of screw-ups their expediter finally got the plans filed. During this process we could not get anyone at 4 Seasons on the phone. As soon as they wanted more money, we heard immediately. The installers were fine and the job went fairly smoothly — 7 months behind schedule — until they had their final payment and we has issues. No returned calls until we cancelled the final payment, which got prompt action. Still, knowing we were unhappy customers, the project manager missed two appointments(1 of which involved us taking time from work) and then took 2 more weeks to fix the problem. Everyone associated with the company freely admitted that customers complain about the lack of communication constantly yet they make no effort to change. We still have some minor issues but who knows if we will ever get another call as the bill is now paid in full and we are out of leverage. Again, I am satisfied with the end product but the process of dealing with 4 seasons was such an ordeal that I could never recommend them to anyone without major reservations.
