2nd Street Bistro

So good! Pizza was excellent, done perfectly and fast! I love bringing my kids here to sit down and have a great meal close to home!

Great crust, and great ingredients, but usually a long wait time, and sometimes the flavor isn’t the best.

Highly recommend the pasta dishes. Made to order, can mix up the sauces, covered with gooey cheese! Calzones are large and we always end up taking half of it home. Super friendly owners, quiet atmosphere. Lucky to have this place in Holden!

Hand made crusts, fresh toppings and imaginative specials make this a wonderful little place that is much more than you would expect in a small town. If you’re traveling along highway 50, it is absolutely worth the 9 mile detour!
The menu has more than just fantastic pizzas. The pastas are just as great, and the salads always fresh and tasty!

Great small restaurant in Downtown Holden! Offers wood fired pizza (yes, real brick oven), calzones, pasta, and specialty salads. The pizzas are varied with great combinations and toppings. I had the Thai Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce Pizza. Delicious and a hint of spice, not too hot. The crust was crisp and thin. Hand tossed. The small pizza was very filling and more than enough for one person. The salads are good, and the pasta dishes are great. They have make your own pasta or pizza choices. As for a small restaurant, it is not enough seating for large crowds, but good for the family or couple. The owner was very personable and remembers the patrons and welcomes the new customers. They don’t have beer or wine license, but hope to have b.y.o.d. in the near future. if you are in town, or a local, you must try 2^nd Street Bistro!
