This is the most unethical and unhonest place to go if you ever feel the need for Botox! Spend the extra money and go anywhere BUT here. Not only does she conduct shady practices (by filling syringes with water) but she also is absolutely either drunk or needs meds she’s a hot

Only because I had to give her one star did she get one. I literally watched her fill a syringe with water and inject me in the eye with it, this causing me to have a black eye for a week. Her very unscrupulous business practices are dangerous BUYER BEWARE she is breaking the law by not having a supervised doctor on staff as she claims too have on her business lic! The State of Utah needs to close her down!
