Great service, they got me in quick, fixed what was wrong with my car and gave me a great price with it as well. Definitely would recommend coming to this Les schwab

I went to this location for a pit of tires and found out I had a bad wheel bearing. They replaced it for me and about three weeks later found out the caliper was not put on correctly IT CAME OFF. For the amount of money they charge for labor I feel like this kind of issue should not happen. Probably won’t go back the taylorsvile location is much more reliable.

I only come here for all my tire and brake needs. This is by far the best auto shop I’ve ever worked with. Great customer service and results!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Les Schwab! On numerous occasions they have helped me with flat tires, checking brakes for unusual noises and of course tire replacement. They always rotate tires for free, and warranties are top notch. The Holladay location is my favorite, and my wife has had great service up north also. I will NEVER buy tires anywhere else. I have purchased from other companies and their service can’t even compare to Les Schwab.

Tonight I somehow punctured my tire, I arrived at Les Scwab two hours after closing time. Expecting to leave the car and retrieve it tomorrow, I was greeted by an employee, Victor, who requested I pull my car into an available bay to be fixed the next morning. After gathering my things, Victor to my surprise said, if you can stick around for a bit, I’ll fix your tire now. I was beyond impressed at the service and kindness 2 hours after closing time. I will recommend Les Scwab to everyone from now on. Thanks!

Got a flat in the late afternoon, and scrambled to find the nearest shop– I actually arrived 15 minutes after the shop closed on a Saturday night, and sort of figured I was going to be out of luck for the rest of the weekend.
To my surprise, the staff acted happy to see me and invited me inside. As if that wasn’t enough, they fixed my tire without charging me a penny! I was back on the road within the hour, and still made it to dinner on time! What an incredible experience!
I’ll definitely be back for my future services!

These guys are the best. I especially appreciate Nathan Martin whose team was truly awesome in both locating the tires I needed and giving me a quote about when they would be done within one minute of estimate (during the busiest time of the day in the busiest season). They have earned my business going forward because people like Nathan are truly passionate about tires and will make it happen. This reliability and passion are all one can hope for in the tire business.

SNEAKY and SHADY! And I used to be a loyal customer!
We have an all wheel drive car and took in to get an alignment and everything was going great till the tire tech came out to us and went through a whole sales pitch about how we needed 4 new tires. We told him we had some future engagements that wouldn’t allow us to get new tires till Novemberish… then when off on a Les Shwab credit card pitch which we were not interested in applying for.
We sat there for 2hrs! They finally came out and told us we had a bad patch on one of our tires and they said they would fix it for free, which we thought was really awesome! Well we took off got home and parked the car in the garage. The following morning went out and… tun tun tuuuun! We had a flat tire! The next day we took it back to Les Schwab and they told us the side wall was puncture… WHAT! HOW? We drove it straight home which was an easy 2 min drive, Straight into our garage. The next day, we went back and ended up getting the «anything could of happen» talk… BS! Because right after that here came the «but we can get you new tires on a Les Shwab credit card pitch» complete utter shadiness. Loved ya till this crap happened.
Remember bad news travels faster than good news! Thats why you always take care of your customers. Not everybody has $ 800 to fork out for tires and not everybody wants to sign up for a Credit Card.
Now I have 4 new tires but definitely not from Les Schwab.

I had an appointment but am still waiting (one hour and 45 minutes) for them to pull in my car to fix an alignment they made worse the first time.

I have been very eager to write this review. Have you seen Les Schwab’s friendly, «go-​out-​of-​our-​way-​to-​help-​you-​with-​a-​smile» TV ads?. Far, far cry from reality in regard to the management & employees at this location. I have been very eager to write this review & am hopeful the staff reads this, as they will definitely remember this one. To put it bluntly, management & employees at this location are awful. They do not value your business & they question your integrity. Save your dignity, save your time, save your stress. Choose another place to have your tires repaired or replaced. Here’s the story:
I took my father-in-law’s car in to fix a flat tire. A tire that slowly lost air, not a blow-​out. This is an important bit of information: the flat tire was the PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE on a VW Passat, which my wife was borrowing for 3 weeks. When I first noticed the flat, I pumped it up with my bike pump for my wife so it had enough air for her to make it home. After a couple days when I finally had the time to take it in to get it repaired, I had to pump up the tire — again, the passenger side rear tire — with my bike pump to drive it from our home 1.5 miles to this 4011 S Highland Dr.
One young male employee assisted me. He reviewed the tire & determined it was beyond the ability to have merely sealed. He told me my options (different tire qualities, prices). I mentioned I just needed the car to make it to Idaho & did not necessarily need a new tire. So to his credit (which, turns out, didn’t last long as you’ll see) he thoughtfully suggested he take a look in back to see if they had a used tire that would fit to put in place of the flat, since I simply needed the tire to last 200 miles to make it back to Idaho. Great! Saved me money, I thought. Finally, after some time working on it (sadly, I sat at Les Schwab for 2 hours waiting for something so simple — though I waited patiently). I drove the car the 1.5 miles back home, parked it, then went out of town for 2 weeks.
When I returned home from my trip, I noticed the exact same tire — PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE — on the Passat was flat again. «How could this be?» I thought. I literally drove it 1.5 miles from Les Schwab back home after Les Schwab replaced it, & did not drive it anywhere before going out of town. Obviously I was not pleased to see another flat in the tire because this meant I had to use my valuable time to take it right back to Les Schwab to let them know they replaced my flat tire with yet another flat tire — or replaced the wrong one. Nevertheless, I pumped up the same tire with my bike pump yet again for the third time so I could drive it to Les Schwab. I brought the original receipt with me to remind them what they did for me two weeks prior — replaced the flat tire with a used tire. When I informed the employee about how just two weeks prior I brought the car in to have the PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE replaced, he would not believe me in what I was explaining to him. I told him there’s only 3 possible explanations:
1) They replaced the wrong tire
2) They replaced my original flat tire with another flat tire
3) In the 1.5 miles from Les Schwab to my home, the newly installed used tire (the one used to replace my original flat) got a flat (highly improbable, getting another flat on same tire spot in just 1.5 mi.).
Yet he would not admit fault. He went to get the asst. manager, Tiffany. When I explained to Tiffany how the same tire was flat that I had come in to repair 2 weeks ago, Tiffany said I was not telling the truth & she confirmed with that employee they replaced my flat tire — the tire on the passenger side rear. I explained to her again that I am well aware of which tire I pumped up originally & which tire I pumped up again to bring it to them today. Tiffany only would tell me I had to buy a brand new tire and they would not refund my original service, or any part of it. We literally argued for 15 min. in front of all her other customers. I could not believe she was accusing me of lying & telling me that it was not Les Schwab’s issue. Finally I said I had not even been treated so disrespectfully at a Les Scwab before & wasn’t used to this kind of so-​called customer service. Tiffany did not apologize. But I stood my ground, & I literally made a drawing for them on a piece of paper for all of them to understand «THIS IS THE TIRE YOU SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRED AND THIS IS THE TIRE THAT IS AGAIN FLAT — I pumped it up both times — it’s the same tire!» So she went to get another manager. FINALLY, 30 min. of arguing later, he confirmed the employee had replaced a different tire than the flat tire I had brought it in for because he felt ‘another tire was in worse shape than the flat tire’ so he replaced that tire instead but never told me, and had sent me on my way. Unbelievable.
So, they managed to repair the flat temporarily, then Tiffany then told me she’d call me when they found a used one for me. No word since (3 wks & counting)

These guys are awesome! My wife had a flat on the side of the freeway, and they came out and rescued her. I think his name was Adam, took good care of us. Thanks!

Very helpful staff. Very quick and efficient. The only reason that I didn’t give them 5 stars is becuase luckily I called in the morning price comparing and they quoted me a reasonable rate on snow tires, when i called later in the day the woman quoted me about $ 150 more than the gentleman I spoke with earlier in the day. When I asked her about this she put me on hold for a minute and then came back on and said they could do it for the initial price I was qouted. So I would always call and price check with these guys and also price check at different locations to make sure you get the «morning» quote price and not the «afternoon» quote price. Would definitely use these guys again and would definitely recommend them based on great customer service.

These guys are my heroes.
I spent a lot of years living in Oregon, and these guys were always my Dad’s choice when it came to tires. In the snowy climes of Bend, Oregon, one must always changeover the tires, i.e., studded tires on before the first snowfall, studded tires off before April 1. The driving is so much easier and so much safer on studs, and the long lines at Schwab’s were legendary, the day of the first snowfall. Dad always called me to remind me, «studs on, its going to snow soon! » He would go over there with me at 6am to get in line for the changeover.
The guys at Schwab’s always seemed to know us by name, too. The service has always been a bit of a phenom to me. They actually do RUN out to greet you and seem to really come off thoroughly authentic in their aim to please, and provide great service.
How I found out how WELL they serve, happened the day I got a flat in Lincoln City, Oregon. I had driven over the mountain to my fave coastal town, for a break, and awakened to a flat tire. Panic. I’m 4 hours away from MY Les Schwab guys, and my family! I opened the phone book, and gleefully found a Les Schwab in Lincoln City, called and almost cried whent they offered to send a guy over to change my tire, and follow me back to their shop, where they fixed my tire for free, and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE. These guys are amazing.
Flash forward 15 years. I’m in Utah now. I’m still driving Herschel, my cranky little 17 year old car, and he keeps getting flats — like clockwork, just before I go to work in the morning! Well, who rescues me??? My heroes at Les Schwab. These guys are AMAZING. A huge thank you to my heroes at Les Schwab. They never blinked in helping me out, came over to my apt, and changed the tire, and let me follow them back to the shop, where they fixed said tire, and sent me on my way. We finally figured out the problem, and they were great with that. You can BET that all my tires and batteries are purchased at Les Schwab.
The guys at this particular shop are AMAZING, PATIENT, KINDLY men, that only winked at me and smiled when they saw me regularly putt-​putting into their shop, limping along.
The waiting rooms are spotless, with great magazines and free popcorn, natch. But the best thing, these guys are truly, honestly focused on giving the best service you can imagine.
Honestly, they are my heroes. Thank you a MILLION, Holladay Les Schwab. I will sing your praises from the rooftops!
ps. Dear guys at Les Schwab, the reason you haven’t seen me lately is, wait for it! I bought a new CAR!!! No more problems with little Herschel for me or YOU!
