My experience is that this is a great place to go to get super-hyped about having or the arrival of a baby! Which is fun. in the initial stages :) Realistically, when I shop here, I come out with 2 – 3 items or less at a time. (it’s expensive) and I would recommend going in with 1 specific thing in mind, because they will have it in a variety of price ranges. I’ve had my best luck with baby items such as car seats and strollers at second-hand consignment shops for a fraction of the price! Good luck!

I’ve shopped at this store numerous times and can sum up my opinion of the store in one word: confused. The product selection isn’t bad but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I will shop Babies R’ Us online or drive further to another store to avoid this particular location. Service is very slow and to make it worse the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Allow me to offer just a few of my personal experiences: 1) I tried on 3 occasions to use a $ 5 off $ 25 purchase coupon– the first time the cashier said I must have purchased an item the coupon excluded(I read all the fine print and that wasn’t the case), the second time the coupon didn’t work and the cashier suspected the transactions total didn’t meet the $ 25 dollar purchase criteria(my purchase was over $ 125), the third time the cashier suspected that the coupon was already used by me and that’s why it didn’t work. Really?! Three attempts to use a coupon. Finally a 4th time and at a DIFFERENT store the cashier couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the coupon and just took the measly $ 5 off as a customer courtesy — THANKYOU for crying out loud!!! The previous 3 times at the Holland store I just left without an argument because I was embarrassed and didn’t want to hold up the line over $ 5. 2) I asked an employee about breast pumps and she had no idea whatsoever but she did reek of cigarette smoke which was revolting. 3) The lady with long blondish hair who works the guest service desk looks like you need to tip her a $ 20 before she is willing to smile. Super great customer service(eye roll). 4) A cashier scanned the baby monitor I wanted to purchase — 3x. Then she typed in several various part numbers into the register and never was able to get the baby monitor to ring up. I finally gave up because the line was so long and I went home to purchase it online. Long story short. Babies R’ Us is fine but this store sucks. Go in and get your stuff all the while hoping you never have to ask a question or get help.

Kiosk was broken. Customer service helper at the registry was grumpy and less than helpful. The store did not carry any of the items I wrote down from the mom-to-be’s list that I previously viewed on line. Waited in line again and miss grumpy said she could not order the items I wanted in time for the baby shower. Wasted my time.

An overwhelming store with plenty of options. They have everything and anything you need for a new child. Their prices area little high as their cheap options for gliders and cribs are still over $ 200. I wish they had some cheaper options but they are pretty much having a monopoly on the market. Burlington has some decent cheaper options if you are looking. This place was packed with expectant mothers so expect it to taker some time getting help.
