Spoke with «Alex» and the owner «Don» and set up an important service request for the following Monday (5-​day notice!). Not only did they not show up, but when calling back, said they never had it on their board. When I re-​sent them the request, they called me the next day to say they can’t make it as they are booked up. Very unreliable company.
