Jets used to be absolutely amazing pizza but in the last 6 months the quality has gone downhill. The biggest issue is consistency: sometimes you barely get any cheese or sauce or barely both. Sometimes there’s more. Sauce recipe also seems like it’s changed — sweeter and more funky tasting. Hard to know for sure. Maybe they’ve cheaped out on the brand of cheese? Sometimes it undercooked and sometimes overlooked. Meat is skimpy at times as well. We used to get it every week now we are down to once a month. meh.

Ordered 2 large deep dish cheese and pepperoni pizzas to be delivered. What we received were 2 way over cooked(almost burnt to a crisp) with a slight sprinkling of cheese and pepperoni that looks like someone just grabbed some and threw it at the pizzas. To top it off this was ordered on Christmas Eve. What a shame. Never again will I order from this location. Someone needs to step up and make sure the product goes out the way Jets corporate intends it to be done.

Typical jets pizza but the parking here is horrendous. It’s sort of in an awkward location but the pizza is otherwise fine. They accepted my coupon from a jets in a different city and each time I have been here it’s always been great. I’ve never ordered delivery though.

Was looking for a slice or two of pizza. Stopped at Jets and saw the sign on the door which said«SLICES available ALLDAY». Walked in and asked«What kind of slices do you have?» Answer«None at this time of day»(it was 3 pm-ish). I said«Okay, you need to change the sign on the door» He replied«What sign?» I said«the one that says slices are available all day» He says«They are. We can make slices all day at any time» I said«so they are not available all day, but available to be made all day» He says«they are available all day, to be made» No I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, No I can see how that might be misinterpreted. It was apparent that in his mind that I should have realized the words«to be made» obviously belonged there, and naturally should go unsaid. No more«customer is always right». And guess what Jet’s, no more this customer coming in your store. Don’t need crap from some kid. Only wanted a slice.

good pizza. But terrible attitudes and customer service from employees and managers alike. I called to complain about service I received by an employee who was giving me an attitude for placing an order right before close. When I called to ask the employees name to place a complaint, the manager was giving me an even worse attitude! He said«sure, what for? Why do you need names? I don’t have to give you my employee’s name.» I was frustrated and asked for the regional managers name and he told me they don’t have a manager higher than him because it is independently owned. I will never go back. It was just unnecessarily rude! I would suggest Village Inn pizza 1⁄10th of a mile down the road. Better quality pizza, homemade crust, same price range and good service.

I hear great reviews for this place. We ordered it in at work for lunch. The pizza was thin and not very tasty. I dont know if thin crust is all they have since i didnt place the order. The pepperoni and veggie pizza was blah!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service is the absolute worst. I put in a pick-up order(we live 20 mins away) for a large 3 topping deep dish pizza looking for an easy meal but it’s turned into a nightmare. We got the pizza home and the dough was raw… Sadly not to the point where it was just gooey on the top but half of it wasn’t cooked. I called them up to get a new one and the girl on the phone simply goes«Well what do you want is to do for you?» Ummmm… How about you at the least apologize for the mixup and offer a fresh fully cooked pizza. I finally confirmed a new order and asking for at least breadsticks because at this point I’m 40 mins into my order and still have to drive back with my uncooked pizza to pick up a new one. Well I get there only to have an employee tell me that the dough isn’t raw and that’s «just the way the cook it». It’s not, I’ve ordered jets a million times and never once had raw chewy dough. Seriously, who fights with a customer? I wait 5 more minutes for my new pizza only to have it be the wrong pizza. So now I’m an hour in a half in and have to wait another 20 minutes so they can fix another one of their mistakes. After wasting two hours of my time, getting two wrong pizzas with no apology and just fights from the establishment I talked to a «manager» to see what could be done after they’re many mistakes and extremely poor customer service only to get«I’ve done what I can». What a crappy place. Sure I’ll order Jets again but never from this place.

I recently had the 8 corners pizza and it was amazing! The crust was pan style and it had a lot of butter and seasonings, yum! My pizza had ham and mushrooms and it was delightful. Placed an order on a Friday night and it was ready in 15 minutes. I will definitely be ordering from Jets again!
