On my annual Thanksgiving trip to Ohio, I decided to come in a day early for some Tony Packo’s. My plan was thwarted by horrendous traffic leaving Chicago, and we arrived after 10pm on Thanksgiving Eve. No Tony Packo’s for me. Boohoo.
Luckily, Vito’s takes an already perfect food (pizza) and puts fun toppings on it — one of which is the Tony Packo’s pizza. We threw in a taco pizza — because, why not? — and I am now completely enamored with it. I know I will try to order taco pizzas here, and be frustrated as nothing will compare to the magnificence of the Vito’s taco pizza. Next Thanksgiving, we’re only having pizza.
The person who took our order was sweet and brought the pizza out to the car when the order was ready. And, did I mention this only cost $ 16? Easily 4 meals. In fact, I got so hungry waiting for food on Thanksgiving, that I scarfed down the leftover taco pizza (the cold version is excellent too). Vito’s saves Thanksgiving!
