Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst dunking donuts I have ever been to. I stopped going here recently. It was like my bad luck I always had the same incompetent cashier take my order and always mess it up. Last I was here ordered a bagel with cream cheese and hot coffee and a iced coffee. She gives me my iced coffee and I walk to the pick up area and I thought I was going to get me bagel and coffee together. When the dumb one gives me my bagel I ask for my coffee. She says I didn’t order one. I repeated my order to her in a loud tone. And told her she always messed up my order. She got either shocked or scared. But I don’t care. She gave me the coffee and said it loud I’m never going back to that place. If they would stop having conversations and listen to the customers maybe they will get the orders right. Btw. She had a remark to say as I was walking out. But wasn’t going to waste my time with incompetent ass. The owner of this dunkin donuts should start hiring new staff before his current staff runs this place down to ground.

The employees are not very smart and don’t care about the customers. This location is not representative of the Dunkin Donuts brand and experience. Unless you live next to this place, keep looking for a less poorly run establishment.

Employees of very kind and respectful. I love that dunkin donuts smell when you step into this store (believe it or not some dunkin donut stores don’t smell good). This location is on a corner of a main roadway where if you choose the sit and stay will have a great view because of the big windows. Also there’s great parking. Overall it’s a great experience.

This is the closest Dunkin Donuts to my house. It’s located in an outdoor shopping center near the grocery store that I go to so the location is super convenient for me. There’s ample parking.
There is no drive through, but as I said, plenty of parking so no an issue. The staff members are usually quick, efficient and courteous.
Overall, it is a good location.

Adequate DD location with generally nice staff who are efficient at their job. You know what you get with DD coffee… unless you come too late in the day and they’re out of many of their donuts. Parking adjacent to the store and easily accessible from Hillside Avenue.

This is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my house and surprisingly I go to this DD the least. They are located at a great little corner of our strip mall over here, you don’t have to worry about parking since its part of the strip mall which has a big free parking lot. It has a good view of the outside world, with lots of tables. It’s very clean and rarely crowded, the staff here do their job well by keeping the lines very short and don’t try to hustle you to order more hash browns like everywhere else. Their hot chocolate is extremely hot, it’s a good thing but just be careful.
