Lil Mart

When they first opened they were pretty good food wise, but lately they have gotten sloppy, pizzas are messy (too much dough-​enough for a large pizza made into a small pizza, too much sauce slopped all over the crust, when cooked all ingredients have fallen into the middle like a bread bowl), very unprofessional. The wait times i have gotten are 20min but when i arrived the last 2 times they hadn’t even stared the pizza yet, waited for a total of 1 hour each time after a quote of 20 min, unprofessional. very disappointed customer with the Lil-​Mart section. The DD is top notch though (but they are heavy on the cream, coffees hot and cold look very pale like milk white instead of light brown, so better to ask for half the normal cream).
Over all a good place to stop and grab a bite in Hollis on 117, but could use some staff retraining on food prep.
**this last visit today there were a lot of flies in the food prep area, about 10 that i counted on the surfaces and more flying around**

I love coming to this station. The staff is extremely nice, the store is always clean and fully stocked. There is a Dunkin Donuts with a drive thru inside, which I love grabbing my coffee in the morning from here. The Sebago Café has great food and the pizza and grab-​to-​go food is a MUST try here.
