If you’re offered a vacation via Blue Green on the cheap you might take it. However, buyer beware! The «two hour» sales pitch we were promised turned into three hours! In my opinion it’s not much value for a LOT of money.
As to the accommodations, you will have to pay extra for maid service. Not much dining in the area unless you spend big money. Construction started early and noisily. No shelves in the shower, no instructions about towels, trash, and a sundry of other small but important things.
I’d never stay here for the money they want. But the offer connected with the sales pitch made it worthwhile. Just resist the pitch!

Under renovation while we were there so it was a bit noisy. It was comfortable with a full kitchen. We were in a two bedroom which had a nice little patio on the lake. Could be a peaceful place to vacation after renovations.
