I usually come here to be obnoxious late at night. No police officers have ever shown up and bothered me. I have never come here during the day. It’s sand, not that dumb wood chips stuff that itches. There are a lot of pieces of dog poop waiting to be stepped on. There are bushes of to the side against some fences where 14 year old kids get«stoned.» I have seen people«parked» here before. It’s basically Hollister in a nutshell.

I go here a lot at midnight to swing and talk with friends. Clearview Park is tiny. There are two small playgrounds… one is for kids who are a little younger. Both are fairly well-kept. There is a lot of nice grass for picnicking or whatever. Some shade, too. A few okay benches. I don’t recommend going barefoot in the sand; there are a lot of cats in the neighborhood. There used to be a tire swing. They replaced it with a(third) baby swing. Why?! The swings on the«big kid» playground are nice, but the one on the right(if Nez Percé Drive is behind you) squeaks like nothing else, while the left swing is completely silent.
