These guys are great! If you’re not an expert on bikes like I am, they’ve got your back. Also a broad selection of parts and accessories are kept in stock.

It is refreshing to know that good ‘ol American service still exists, in fact it is alive and well with the team at Faultline. My family and I live in San Jose. We have three quads and two dirt bikes. I have tried using the two primary local service shops for quads/dirt bikes in San Jose and they are just NOT up to the task and WAY over priced to boot. Ed and the guys and Faultline actually«listen» to your needs and keep you in the loop should challenges with your agenda arise. Not only that, their service rates are very fair and WAY better than the local shops in San Jose; the expertise is diverse and top-notch(we have Honda, Yamaha, and a Polaris and Ed knew exactly what was required to service/repair them all). We set it up where we enjoyed a morning at Hollister SVRA park and dropped the quads/bikes for service/upgrades at Faultline on the way out. When they were done we simply picked them up and took ‘em back out for a blast at the park. Whether you are local to Hollister or live in the Bay Area, they are simply the BEST around and well worth the extra drive… they even have a shop in the SVRA park! Chuck Ps — they also have a great selection and sale prices on all the latest and closeout gear… truly your one-stop shop!

This is a small shop, limited selection but good prices. almost exclusively dirt bike stuff, nothing here for folks who primarily ride on-road. I walked in, looked around the entire shop and checked out inventory and no one said a word to me, too busy laughing and talking amongst themselves. Not exactly awesome customer service or engagement.

Great place in Hollister for your dirtbike needs. The knowledgeable staff always helps me, when I am sent on errands to pick up something. They have stuff in stock, so you can get a quick fix and head out to the dirt. Nice selection of clothes and sunglasses, so you might leave with more than planned.

I was at Hollister Hills motorcycle park, my son’s bike stop getting spark. I thought our day was over and my kid was really bummed out. So on the way out of town I stopped by Faultline and boy did we get lucky. We met the nicest, smartest motorcycle mechanic ever. I believe his name was Steve. Not only did he my son’s bike running, he corrected all the repairs I did wrong. He even checked the valve adjustment I had done. This guy knows bikes inside and out. After he made the repairs, he put on his helmet and rode the bike around a track he had out back. We loaded the bike and headed back to the cycle park. Faultline saved the day. I live 65 miles away from Hollister, I’m going to make the drive and have them service my other bike. Thanks Faultline!
