I had a whirlpool clothes washer from the early 1990s that finally quit and they came out right away and diagnosed that I had a bad motor. They looked everywhere for a new motor and kept trying to spite all efforts by the manufacturer to fail to ship or even make the motor. After all this, they finally were able to get the manufacturer to ship directly to them. They are wonderful and very professional. They do not over price or try to get you to buy something you do not need. I did not want to have to buy a new washer and they made it happen for me. I was thrilled with the service and highly recommend these fine young men.
