Kelly is truly and artist, but this review is based on a project where he painted the my whole house. Value– he quoted me the same as a local contractor with a crew. Trust-part of my decision to contract with vendors depends on trusting them to do what they say the will do as well as trusting them in my home. Skill-you will not find a more skilled painter, I plan to use Kelly in the near future for some additional custom work. Consider yourself lucky to be looking at Kelly, his Unilocal!presence is limited, but I doubt you will find a better painter, paint artist.

What can I say! Kelly Riggs is an artist ! My husband and I hired him for one bathroom and loved it so much we ended up doing 2 more rooms! We lived in Livermore at the time bought a new house in San Jose and we hired him again we are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him he is trustworthy and dose excellent work he can paint anything! He painted a sky with clouds on my daughters ceiling and he painted her walls pink with pink sparkles! Thank you Kelly Riggs

Kelly is a master at his craft. He brings creativity and insight into his projects. He painted an accent wall for us in our new home. He made a new wall look like it has been around for a hundred years. Kelly was a pleasure to work with and is very careful about his surroundings as he works. What can I say about Kelly and his art“I have the pleasure of having Kelly’s unreal art on my 1932 wooden ski boat. The faux finish and the beautiful details that he puts into his craft is nothing less and incredible! I really don’t know how he does it? And now I have the pleasure once again because he is doing our Tattoo studio and once again his art is truly mind blowing, he made it creepy with a beautiful class to it as well. I am so happy that I can go to work and home and enjoy his art’ I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Riggs /Paint Effects to anybody that truly wants a one of a kind faux finish your, home, business, furniture .or even your boat!.. And he could not be a nicer guy. AWESOME !all away around.
