This was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I had the Ciao on wheat. The crust was fantastic– hearty but not heavy. The ingredients were fresh and just the right amount. The cheese was high quality! And they had a great seasoning blend in the table with herbs, red pepper flakes, and, I think, garlic.
My family and I ate here. Prices allowed us to each get our own personal pizza and they were filling enough we had leftovers. Even my tween son.
Service is slower than I’m used to, but it was quality. It was really worth the wait.

I had the chef spinach without the bacon and was very impressed that I decided to write a review. My wife had the calzone, she said it was awesome. Plenty of toppings and cheese on both our orders. The food was very flavorful and the service was nice and friendly.
I’d recommend this place to someone looking for a good pizza place to eat at.

Fresh and crisp veggies consistently when I order a salad; paired with homemade dressings for a bright and flavorful combination! You’ll find just the same quality in the pizzas. The specialty pizzas offer a wide variety of options for all different types of pizza lovers. I’ve enjoyed Pizza by the chef on 10+ visits, and have always received great service!

Pizza by the Chef is great! We had half Hawaiian, half Ciao (margherita) and both were delicious! The crust was very crispy and good. The restaurant was family friendly and the employees were so delightful. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Yummy pizza. We hit this place because of the reviews and because it was on the way back to Tulsa. It’s located in a strip mall by Walmart. We were the only family there but it was 3:00.
We have ordered one large two topping and then a cheese Alfred for my picky one. We were interested in the «supreme» but don’t like 2 of the toppings. We asked if we could substitute but it was a firm no.
The pizza was good. Thin and not greasy at all. The topping seem to be good quality just nothing special. They also offer GF and take and bake.
We enjoyed it but not sure we would make a special trip for it. The environment isn’t as fun as hook and ladder pizza.

We have pizza here in Hollister every time we come to Branson. Have never been let down. They are consistently excellent. Last year 2014 we decided to try Hook and Ladder because of reviews on Unilocal,no comparison.

We were staying at Big Cedar and stumbled on this place on the way back to the lodge. This place has amazing pizza and great customer service. Their crust is homemade and delicious. I definitely recommend this Pizza joint to anyone living or visiting the Branson area, I would drive out of my way to go here.

Amazing pizza… Bacon cheeseburger pizza is out of this world!!! We were all a bit skeptical, but it’s the only one we get now!
