I had a roller break off of our garage door. I called them and got a visit from Tony within about 30 minutes. He took one look and knew that the job was a simple task that I could do myself and sold me the part I needed. I appreciate that kind of honesty and customer service! If anything else goes wrong with our door, I will definitely be giving them a call! Such a great experience for me :)

A spring broke on our door over the weekend, I called them this morning and they were here this afternoon and the job was done.

So happy! I would give them a million stars if it were possible, but since I can’t I’ll give them 5.
We were so busy getting ready to go to my godsons birthday party then right when we were about to leave we heard a huge crash.
Getting a little worried we checked the garage and around the house and we didn’t see anything different.
So ready to leave, we went to open the garage door and NOTHING happened. We tried over and over but it just wouldn’t budge.
Finally after trying everything we possibly could we decided to call a garage door company. I found this place through Unilocal & I believe l got lucky!
I called the number even though it said they were closed & to my luck they called me back! Yay :)
I explained my situation and sooner than later they were here. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

I was referred by Home Advisor. I was assured that this company was well rated. When I was connected and asked for a price it seemed very reasonable and had a home visit 20 minutes later. I met John & his brother Alfred who were very respectful. John got to work right away and Alfred was a great helper. It was apparent that John knew exactly what he was doing. He worked really fast, I was amazed at his speed and how well he got the work done. I would & will recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. Thanks again John & Alfred

Tony was very accomodating in his scheduling his repair time. He came in free of charge to give me an estimate first and made sure I was comfortable with what he was proposing. He gave two scenarios and left it up to me to decide which I preferred. And to boot, he had some extra extension cords and remotes which he installed at no charge with the price we agreed on previously. This is the third time I have called him in to repair a different garage door unit and am very satisfied with the service every time!

These guys were great. Our rental house’s 1950’s era solid sheet metal garage door finally collapsed. Tony responded to our contact right away and got out there and secured the door so the tenants stuff was secure. We had to install a new door, but Tony suggested that we could keep the old opener. Obviously, he could have suggested a new unit so he could make more $, but was honest about its condition. He did the job quickly, properly, and informed us all the way along the process. This kind of thoroughness, professionalism, and communication is usually pretty rare, that’s why I felt it important to leave a review. Good choice for garage door installation or repair.

Tony and his boy are really good.
Tony was very professional and kept up his timing when he came for a free estimate and ultimately when he completed the job.
Quoted me the best price beating all competition and eventually gave me a 5% discount when I asked for it.
My door looks very good now and is a lot quieter.

Tony from Precision Overhead was great! He is very professional, impeccible timing, and eager to give his superior business. I had called 4 – 5 garage door companies and Tony was the only service to quote realistically, where I didn’t feel like I was being gouged.
