Sandy Troia is amazing. she really knows the ins and outs of her profession. Me and my husband were looking to buy our first home. we were desperate to stop renting our tiny apartment. And in the middle of the whole process i found myself pregnant which made us really motivated to move into our first home. We found Sandy to be just as motivated and serious about it as we were. she got us in our home in perfect time. If you really want someone who cares, and who will do whatever it takes to get you and your family into a home, Sandy is the one. I swear she never stopped working. she is super dedicated and is super helpful.

Sandy did an awesome job selling our house and helping us find our dream home. Not only is it tough to sell your home but finding a replacement home exactly what we were looking for and timing it so we were not homeless on between was a difficult task.
We listed our home in Hollister and she was able to bring us a buyer within 4 days on the market and got us an offer and final sales price 30k over asking price. Unbelievable. At the same time, she found us our dream home and was able to negotiate $ 20k off of their asking price. In short, Sandy got us an extra $ 50k over what we had planned and made us over $ 120k on our home we had purchased only 3 years ago.
She was patient and answered every call, question and task I threw her way. She also put us in such a better financial position for life.
