I feel that I need to write a review about the very unprofessional behavior of the staff at the UPS store in Hollister. While I was in the store one day last week, a customer came in with a large package to ship. After looking at her documents, it was determined that the shipment was prepaid. This was clearly something the store owner was not happy about. He then quoted the lady an outrageous price to tape up her package for shipment. When she declined, the owner became extremely belligerent and rude to the lady. I was shocked at how he continued to go on, and was clearly unable to control his anger. He then proceeded to kick her out of the store. The lady was embarrassed and crying. I will never step foot in the UPS store again, and I urge others not to patronize such an unprofessional businessman.

Something strange with the owner. I was kicked out of his store because I try to wrap a package before I mailed it. This was the most bizarre experience I think I have ever had. When I wrap the package and brought it back in he refused my service.

This place is great! Steve and his staff are friendly and helpful. They don’t try to oversell and the prices are reasonable. I’ve used them several times and will continue to do so.

These guys were very helpful and friendly. I had a small printing need that was a little odd and they were great about it. Got the job done quickly and professionally. The ink was wet (I printed on shiny cardstock) so it smudged a teeny bit. But otherwise was great.

Steve is a warm, funny and great at helping. I was on vacation for six months to another country. He sent my mail every month so far with no problems. Very pleasant, helpful and gave me great peace of mind. He was personable and accomodating as he could be.

I agree with the previous review. I was relieved to see that a UPS store had opened in Hollister. I walked in with a package to get shipped. As soon as I stated it’s for AT&T, he immediately clamored that he wasn’t dealing with these kinds of packages until after the holidays. I walked out, walked back in and asked what the difference was between shipping regular packages and mine. He stated that he was too busy to deal with the warranty paperwork from AT&T. I sarcastically stated that I would I would have to drive to Gilroy to get this shipped then. His response was «if you want it shipped today then!!» I will gladly drive to Gilroy then support this jerk.

The guy that owns/​runs this store is a jerk! I would anywhere else in town to mail a package!!! I brought 2 packages here that had shipping labels already applied and paid for. He was very rude about taking them.
