My daughter gave me a gift card for a facial here for Christmas last year. Unfortunately they lost their facial person and now don’t want to refund me for a service they no longer have. I was told I could either have a haircut or buy products I do not want. I asked them to make an exception and Kim promised to talk to Julie and get back to me. But now 5 weeks later, after tons of messages left, they won’t call me back or answer phone. Very poor customer service. I am really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. That was a gift for me that they have now taken. This is a small town and they should value their customers

If you ever come across Tranquility Day Spa & Salon, ask for Heather! You won’t be disappointed I am just really happy I found her and grateful that she is so close.
The salon it is girly and chic inside. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Also this salon is very reasonably priced!

Brittany helped me out with a much needed hair cut and new style. Absolutely love my hair! Plus Brittany made me feel so comfortable and able to relax. I highly recommend this salon! Awesome service!

This place is amazing. I went to Brittany for low lights and a cut for my very blonde hair. In the past, I have had a hard time at other places getting good low lights because they often turn orange. Brittany did an excellent job and it came out better that I could have imagined. The environment here is also cute– it’s located inside a Victorian house and has a cozy vibe. By far the best hair service I have ever had. I highly recommended this place!

Very friendly staff. The chairs to wash your hair are massage chairs, very relaxing.
