I don’t go to this DD often and am thankful for that. Parking is atrocious but could be tolerable if you were expecting a pleasant trip inside. The number one job at a place like this is good customer service. That concept is not understood at this location. It seems like employees are looking to start a fight about giving the customers what they’ve ordered. When you order an iced tea and don’t get an iced tea you wouldn’t expect someone to argue with you about giving you the wrong drink. But it’s clear from the other reviews people know this location is not interested in meeting expectations.

There are many, many great DD locations. This is the opposite of that. There are so many issues with this location… My iced coffee is made correctly 50% of the time. Think about that. The exact same thing is asked for each and every time, yet the employees can only muster up a coin flip. I regularly have received incorrect additions or subtractions from food items… like a wake up wrap with egg, cheese and ham that comes without ham. Or a bagel sandwich without cheese. These mistakes add up to drive someone to madness. The staff is best described as indifferent. If you say«hello»…whatever. If they make a mistake… whatever. They just don’t care. That’s ok. I’ll be happy to try and find another of these little coffee places called Dunkin Donuts. I hear there’s quite a few of them in this area.

My order is reliably wrong 40% of the time. This morning on my way to school I bought coffee at 6:45. They got my order right but the coffee was cold. If your basic business is coffee and donuts it stands to reason that you’re going to get it right. Not going back.

This is without a doubt the slowest Dunkin Donuts in existence. You can easily wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru with only 3 or 4 cars ahead of you. The only reason why I go there is because it’s the only one near me, even though I’m pretty sure I can go to the one in the next town over and be back quicker.

This location is terrible. I am really surprised people keep going here, but alas, I keep going here too, because it’s the only Dunkin nearby. Almost 50% of the time that I order food, it comes incorrectly. How hard is it to put cream cheese on the side? I think that it’s actually easier — it comes pre-packaged! It’s insanely annoying to go through the drive thru, just to go back inside to have them fix your order, so I have pretty much stopped ordering any food unless I am about to die from starvation. The coffee is the same way — only ONE pump of caramel or half a sugar doesn’t mean anything to the people making the coffees. I finally started ordering just plain coffee with skim milk and then I’ll add the sugar and, unfortunately, skip the caramel. Oh well, it is what it is. Definitely nothing like Boston Dunkin’s. I don’t see how anyone here is getting a holiday tip.

This place sucks so bad. I go in there every single morning and order an iced coffee with one cream and sugar. One cream. One, as in one which is less than two and more than zero. Seems pretty simple right? Well 6 days out of 7 I will get a coffee that is either the color of milk or slightly tan. My friend and I have started calling them cream bombs. I am a fiend and need to get my coffee in the morning so I keep going back but I really wish they would be able to get it right. The staff there are all so polite and friendly so I feel bad writing this but it is not a hard job. Put ONE cream in coffee please, just like I asked. Not 6.

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in existence. I don’t know how they can possibly have 15 people working behind the counter but always just 1 trainee helping people at the counter while everyone else is either standing around or working the drive through. Occasionally you will get some rude high school girl that comes over and yells at the trainee at the counter that he isn’t doing something correctly. The staff here is generally rude and it always seems like your interrupting them while they are socializing. I want people to understand that this is not based on 1 occurrence, I live close to this location and it is always like that. I can remember at least 5 different occasions where had to wait a ridiculous amount of time, where they also ended up messing up the order, ringing the order up incorrectly, or just general rudeness. There is also NEVER a manager in site, its like the lunch room at the local high school! If you want Dunkin Donuts go to Medway, the service and quality is so much better!

This place used to be awesome, but service has become slow and orders arrive incorrectly prepared. :(

Friendly staff member Erika(I think) took the time to chit chat with us while we were ordering… made me miss the south a bit. Very clean location including the restrooms. Parking available in rear if spots in front are not vacant.

I have been debating whether or not to write this and it’s time. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this place is HORRIBLE. I live down the street and this is the most convenient place to get coffee with a sleeping child in the car. I have had at least 5 bad experiences here. Wrong orders when you pull away happens almost every time. ATTITUDE from the staff is unacceptable. I have had to write to management to tell them that the service is repeatedly bad. I NEVER to that! They responded with an apology. I doubt they care. I have had my own retail store and I know it’s hard to make everyone happy but I am not a hard person to please. I think the biggest problem is that because Holliston is a training center we will forever get new employees who do not have experience. Part of learning a new job is making mistakes. So they will always have MISTAKES!!! I don’t mind the mistakes if the person didn’t have an upsetting attitude, huffing and puffing with no apology when it’s YOU who has to pull through the drive thru again and have them correct it. During the winter I had a particular woman(who had moved on to another location hopefully-haven’t seen her in a while) with colorful art painted on her long nails, who never said thank you, have a nice day and sounded over the drive-thru like you were bothering her. I’d be fired in an instant if I had that attitude at my job! It’s not the customer’s fault your day is going bad so don’t make them feel bad too!!! Also… WHATDONUTSHOPRUNSOUTOFDONUTSAT5:00EVERYDAY??? P. S. The iced coffee always tastes burnt. Ok I’m done. Now I feel better:)

It’s been so long since I’ve slurped down a large coconut iced coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts with a little bit of skim milk and two equals… oh… I miss it! Dunkin’s Donuts has such great flavors of iced coffee and great service. Unlike Starbucks where you add your milk and sugar yourself, at Dunkin’, they want to add it in before they hand you your beverage! Their blended drinks(can’t remember what they’re called but their version of the frapuccino) are really good too. And the bagels! Yes, the bagels are yummy! It’s mostly all about the monster-sized iced coffee though…
