I generally like going to McDonalds for breakfast. However at this particular one they got my order wrong, then proceeded to get an attitude when i told them it wasn’t what i ordered. In the end they still gave me the wrong order but i was tired of dealing with them.

What has happened at this location? Breakfast remains ok but don’t attempt to eat here outside of breakfast hours. This location is a perfect example of what McDonald’s is experiencing nationwide. Really underwhelming food and slow service.

Talk about horrible customer service. Went in this morning to get a sweet tea walked out 20 minutes later. While I was waiting there was an older gentlemen that walked up to get a refill on coffee, I watched as the workers INCLUDING the manager ignored him. When I got up to order I mentioned to the young kid that that gentlemen had been waiting for a while and he hurried to help him. After that I got my cup to fill up and they were out of straws. I went back up to the counter and mentioned it to the same kid, he goes«someone will be out In a moment» I realized 3 more people were waiting for straws… That all, just a straw. We waited and waited. After a good 5 minutes I said«can you just hand me 4 straws please?» He did. I passed them along. Everyone was saying stuff like«wow maybe she should get hired» I think its sad that that’s how this place works. They probably were short staffed and I’ve worked in a demanding field as well BUTKEEPYOUREYESOPENPEOPLE! A simple smile might do the trick too. So note to everyone… If you go there in the morning be prepared to wait a while.

Only gave it one star because I couldn’t go lower. Nice staff but slowest drive thru and service of any McDonald’s ever especially at night. Just terrible.

I cannot believe the reviews I see about this McDonalds. My experience has been nothing but good. Courtney at the register is the best I have seen anywhere! She was professional and greeted everyone that walked in the door. This is the only McDonalds I have ever been in that the people seemed genuinely happy to be at work and serve the customers. All of the staff was great here. As for the past reviews I will point out that this location has new owners so anyone that had a bad experience here I would recommend you give it another try. I can’t say enough about the employees and level of service especially from Courtney. If I had a business I would do my best to steal her away. Keep up the great work. I hope the new owners see what they have in you Courtney and reward you for your efforts.

Honest is the best policy. Food quality and customer service is nothing like it used be when I was a kid 40 years ago 1975. I can still remember the first McDonald’s in York Pa. it was out in front of Queensgate shopping center where the old Mallman’s shopping store was located. They where bought out by Bön-Ton’s. Enough ancient history. Let’s move forward 33 years, to Holly Springs 2008⁄2009? This McDonalds 7 years ago was the only fast food on 55 bypass in Holly Springs. It was busy, so the fries where hot, so where the burgers. Lots of «soccer moms» came in with their kids so salads where fresh. Present Day August 2015 Run Down, tired, dirty, dated lackluster landscaping, broken missing items. The kids area was the bomb for kids. Music played at a nice level, gone??? The touch screen video games at two booths gone nice empty spot now!!! The Ball area electronic lights and sounds gone but still there. The peaceful zen waterfall is dried up and not working just wall art now? Floors so dirty with black pieces of the rubber coming up from the ball area. Worn out. Lots of dirt in little places only good detail cleaning would get. Only one of the drink machines ice maker works. The salad I got was very marginal, the southwest salads little tortilla chips where stale. The salad looked thrown together. The corn/black bean mix was in a small pile to the side, the chips where on the other side? Only takes a few extra seconds to make it look like you cared. The chicken nuggets where not hot, … warm, there fries where also warm. The only way fries at McD’s are good if they are hot with a fine sprinkle of salt. Bathroom was in need of a very good cleaning. Toilet paper dingle berries are always a no-no. The toilet seat looks like a bear clawed into it. Changing a toilet seat is easy fix. Trash can that has gum stuck to it needs detail cleaning. I hope the new franchisee can do a little magic. The only thing that saved the review was the nice young ladies up front and one of the«shift managers?». So inside customer service they are trying.

I’m not a McDonald’s fan. I think they make truly bad food. However, when you have two kids and you have 30 minutes to pick up food before the GS meeting it is sometimes a necessity. My review will focus on the drive through. Slow. Inaccurate. Rude. Slow. Yes, I meant to type slow twice. The few times we have had to use this restaurant they get the order wrong. I’m not ordering ten items. I’m ordering ONE. «May I please have a McDouble with no salt and no ketchup?» I have gotten: 1. all ketchup. 2. no salt no ketchup and nothing else. 3. fully salted and with ketchup. 4. fully salted no ketchup but trying to full me into thinking no salt even though there are crystals of salt all around the edges. LOL 5. plain with nothing but meat and cheese. If you call the manager and or corporate you get a free meal so you can return and have them mess it up again. Don’t bother. =) So yes after a couple of years of this I pack my kids food and I avoid all McDonald’s. Chick Fil A wins for customer service and healthy fast food.

The drive through is slow, as some other reviewers have commented on. My biggest problem recently has been trying to order a milk shake. The past 2 times I have been there to order a shake, the shake machine isn’t working. They actually took my order today, I waited in line until I got to the window, only to find out the shake machine supposedly just broke! Really? Do me and everyone else a favor Mickey freakin D;s, IFYOUDON“T HAVEIT, ITSHOULDN“T BEONTHEMENU!!! Read some of these reviews and try to fix some of this stuff people!

I haven’t been there in about a year, even though it’s about a mile from my house. It’s always been super slow, but over the years, it just hasn’t been kept up. Last time I was there it was just dirty. I can’t even bring myself to go in there.

We were there 8:45 on a Saturday night, it wasn’t busy and we ordered one plain hamburger. It literally took 15 minutes before the drive-thru have us our burger. We told her, you know it took 15 minutes and she said«I know,» no apology, no nothing, she just stood there.

The past 2 times I’ve been through the drive thru I have sat for 10+ minutes and the line moved only 1 or 2 cars. I left without getting any food. If I wanted to wait more than 10 minutes for food I would go to a real restaurant. It’s a pity because this is a recent development at an otherwise half decent McDonald’s.

At least they don’t mess the sundaes up. Tough reviews to swallow… doahh :) Looks like chickfila hires all the great team members I’ve eaten inside for breakfast once and it was okay. Not mean /not nice, mostly apathetic :/

The décor is nice and current, but the service is typically slow. There’s usually more people milling around behind the counter than customers in the store, yet no one seems to want to wait on customers. And then there’s the dirt… ugh. The drink station is the worst area by far. Sticky floors, dirty counters and some sort of mold(?) where the drink covers are stored. I even went so far as to point this out to a Mgr one day but unfortunately it still looks pretty bad. Makes me very afraid for what the other side of counter looks, where the food is prepared. I won’t even mention the kids area… I’m sure you can imagine. Just don’t forget to wash your hands when before you leave.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s restaurants I have ever been to. I will give you a quick rundown so that you can judge for yourself… in my last 5 visits: 1) I had a similar incident where I could not get a person to take my order at the drive thru like user Paula A. described. They took the order of three(3!) people in the opposite line and never took mine. I finally left. 2&3) I usually order 2 snack wraps and a small fry, large sweet tea. TWICE I have gone through the drive thru, got home, opened the bag and not a single fry is in there. How can you forget to put an entire item in the bag??? 4) When I went inside to get breakfast the workers were all gossiping and acted like it was a chore to have to take my order, even though they were all not doing anything 5) My last(and I do mean LAST) visit took THIRTY(30!) minutes to get through the drivethru… and they gave me a medium sweet tea instead of a large. I mean come on! And yes I timed it because i’ve had so many problems with this McDonald’s. I finally went to Mcdonald’s site and filed a complaint about this place. I would stay far away for now. In the meantime, i’ll be heading over to BurgerKing or Chic-fil-a.

Careful with this drive-thru. I’ve always had issues here getting my food(always have to pull forward even though my orders aren’t complicated), but this morning, I couldn’t even get my order taken. They have 2 drive thrus and I pulled into one of them. The car in front of me ordered & pulled forward just a few seconds before the car in the other window. My turn! But instead of taking my order, she took the order of the girl in the other drive-thru that pulled forward after me. Ok, fine, maybe it was an honest mistake. But then once that girl pulls up, she takes the order of the guy behind her, and I finally start saying«hello?». Nothing. Needless to say, when she took the next person’s order behind that guy, I gave up & went to Burger King for my coffee. And they were super fast & friendly. I’m done with this McDonalds.
