Rented a 15 yard (405 cubic foot, 2 ton) dumpster to do a room clean-​out. Ordered it using their web form, and specified where I wanted it parked in the comments.
They delivered it on time and parked it exactly where I wanted it. Delivery guy gave me a call when he was on site and verified location.
I emailed them at one point to clarify what items were allowed/​banned. Got a prompt reply.
When I was done with it, I called to have them pick it up. They retrieved it a day or two later.
Overall, everything went pretty smoothly.
