Trellis Pointe Apartments

I lived at Trellis Pointe on a short term lease and was very pleased with everyone who works there. Office staff was always helpful and maintenance was always on top of any issue. If you’re considering Holly Springs and are looking for a temporary place to live while exploring the area or a long term rental I think Trellis Point is great. I wasn’t there very long but met a mixture of both people who are long term residents and people relocating to the area. The location in Holly Springs is about a mile to the 540 entrance but far enough away that there wasn’t any highway noise. There is a sidewalk connecting the complex to the downtown area and to other neighborhoods so there is plenty of places for long walks.
The complex has a nice mix of families, couples, and single people. The buildings are grouped by apartment size so all of the two story units are the 3 bedroom apartments. In general I think these are occupied by families which makes it easy for kids to find other kids to play with. Our unit was a family unit and very quiet
It’s a dog friendly community (I think the restricted breeds are the usual) with a dog park and plenty of waste stations.

I love living at Trellis Pointe! It is a safe apartment complex with great residence. All the staff are awesome and helpful. It’s a spacious place with room for kids to play and for dogs to walk. It’s a great place to live. I would recommend anyone to live here!
