MY EXPERIENCE:
I hired them to help with a mouse problem I had. It was a little bumpy with scheduling in the beginning but aside from that, they exceeded my expectations. Eric came out and inspected the inside and outside of the house — he found the entry point, fixed it, and set traps to deal with the mice that were already in the attic and crawl space. It took a few return trips to get everything taken care of, but I am now mouse-​free.
PROS:
* Professional: Eric and Brooke were both very professional.
* Fair & Knowledgeable: I feel that the pricing was very reasonable — an inspection, repairs, and trapping existing mice for a few hundred dollars. Eric was knowledgeable about mice and did a great job with the repairs. He also made recommendations to help keep the mice out, most were things I could do my self. I feel that they did high quality work at a low cost.
* No Poison: I initially chose this company because they do not use poison, the absolute dumbest «solution» to a mouse problem I can imagine. Mice see poison pellets as food, so by putting them around your house you are attracting them. Then when they do ingest the poison and eventually die, they are either rotting away in your home or they become a poison-​filled treat for your pets or non-​pest wildlife. Not to mention that poison kills mice very slowly, so they die a drawn-​out, painful death. This never made sense to me, and I was pleased to see that MI Bat focuses on sealing entrances and using other preventative measures to actually stop mice from entering the home instead of just continually attracting and poisoning them.
CON:
* Scheduling: This is the only area I had a bit of trouble with. I initially tried scheduling over the phone and found that it was much easier and faster through email. This was not enough of an issue for me to take a star away. I mentioned it to Eric and he said they were actively working to improve scheduling, and I never had any issues after that. I would definitely recommend contacting them via email.
BOTTOM LINE:
I was very impressed with this company. They did a great job and will be my first call if I ever have any other pest issues. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had the best experience with this company. I called around to several other companies and they were the only company who answered my call and said they were available to come out that day! Eric from their company came out to our house and took care of our bat problem right on the spot. Thanks Michigan Bat Control. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any critter problem.

This company has well exceed my expectations. I did my research and saw that they had great reviews on all the other more relevant and useful sights for information in regards to home services. I live in Florida and have a rental property in MI so I wanted to use a company I could trust. All interactions with the employees was quick and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service and recommend to anyone having pest issues.
