This has to be the WORSE customer service I’ve ever received from one of the guys in the front end named Marshel. He is EXTREMELY rude and speaks to customers in a very unprofessional way. Alex the manager on the other hand is very professional and genuinely cares for his customers satisfaction. Definitely needs to find better employees to help strive for true customer satisfaction.

This place is like a last resort when you can’t pay the full price on expensive furniture or electronics elsewhere. When you walk inside Aaron’s, you’re immediately greeted by the employees. There are various furniture, electronics, appliances, and computers displayed all over the store. You are actually leasing the merchandise to own. There’s no credit check. All you need is references, an address, and a source of income. Depending on the merchandise, which will be delivered and set up in your home, you’ll be making low payments in either 12 or 24 months; and once you’ve completed the payments, you’ll acquire full ownership.
