All In One Home Inspection Service

I wish we had checked out this company before allowing the buyers of our house use them for the well chlorination. They added the tables and froze the pump. 1700 $ later and a new well pump and they claim it was not their fault, they won’t finish the job and were very rude to my elderly mother in law (homeowner) when she called them. Avoid All In One!

Most everything they said was working either wasnt, or didnt for long after they left. I dont understand how an inspector can say that a dryer is working fine, when it wasnt even hooked up to vent outside or an exhaust fan is broken, when there wasnt even one inside the unit to break. Pumps were breaking, etc but nothing was mentioned about it. Water heater leaked from day 1. Thousands of dollars to repair all the stuff not noted in the inspection before the sale. It goes on and on. I would never recommend this company to anyone, although they were highly recommended to me and based on their inspection I bought the home. A bit of a nightmare and all anyone ever asks me is who in the world was my inspector? I signed the disclaimers, yes I did. Shame on me. But I can write a review.
