I am very disappointed with Arc Divine. I have been corresponding with Dean back and forth over the last few months in regards to an arch for my wedding in March. I finally landed on which style to proceed with and haven’t heard back from him since. I last emailed him on January 15th, sent a follow up email on January 25th and now it is February 4th and I have yet to hear back from him! I am now at a loss as to what to do for my quickly approaching wedding. I also tried calling and now his phone seems like it is disconnected. Please regard this review as a warning for future brides IF you can ever contact Arc Divine. Thank goodness I hadn’t put any money down yet for a deposit!
