This business made me feel right at home! Everyone was welcoming and helped me understand what the issue with my 2009 Ford Focus was! I ended up needing a new transmission which was a very reasonable price with a warranty. The work was completed in a timely manner and I haven’t had any issues since! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

ATM rebuilt my transmission. Afterwards there was a problem with the engine cutting off after the truck warmed up and trying to put it in gear. Since it was under warranty, I asked if they would like to look at it. They wanted to and suggested there was a problem with the intake. They took it apart, found nothing wrong and put it back together. While working on it, they broke my steering column. When I picked it up I was billed $ 400 for work I «requested them to perform.» I called the guy who fixed the column since they didn’t have the expertise to fix it, and he had charged them $ 160. $ 200 of the $ 400 charge was for his services. So I’m out $ 400 for transmission work that was under warranty, and I am still having the same issue. Basically, they fixed nothing, on top of that, broke something and charged me for it.
