Today I had the good fortune to meet Jackie Rodriguez, the Commercial Manager of the store.
I needed to replace the batteries on both of my car remotes after almost getting locked out of the car. She was both kind and helpful, got the job done in minimal time and money !
This store provides the service levels of Nordstrom without the glory.

Great customer service, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and gave me ample information.
Came in to find out why my check engine light was on, the test was free and the gentlemen who helped me out didn’t even complain about the rain or getting wet.

I thought I was screwed. My battery was dead on a rainy Sunday. Did I mention that it was a holiday weekend? I drove up at 4:45pm and left 20 minutes later with a new battery at a fair price. Grahame installed it in the rain and gave fantastic service.
