Not the worst, but for a fast food place they are slow and a bit disorganized, which if I had time for that I would have gone elsewhere. At first I thiught the lady that was in front of me was making some difficult order, but when I went to order my food, the drive thru person didn’t know what was on the menu and seemed confused. When I got to the first window to pay… While this was an isolated incident, I still was irritated.
I also cannot figure out why the French toast sticks cannot come as a meal. Why not just make it a more expensive meal than just putting it up as a stand alone item? Certainly, if you want the hash browns you will be paying for it as well so why not just offer it the same as every other breakfast item? Ah, the psychology of the menu display. I will never understand you.
I give an extra star because while not fabulous, I do enjoy being able to have a backup plan when the line at SB is too long. It’s not about me not wanting to wait, if I had the time I would, but for some reason my boss likes it when people show up on time, especially to meetings — so sometimes one must throw caution to the wind (or health) in order to have piece of mind that I will not be reported for being late. For those who are thinking: Well just get up earlier. I have absolutely thought of this and I assure you the alarm does go off, but for some reason or another the snooze button gets pressed and there’s the end of that wonderful plan.

whoever the woman is that’s working as I’m writing this should be fired. Yelling at me over the intercom that she can’t hear me the charging me for more than I ordered after repeating the order 5 times. Fast food places usually suck but this lady made it impossible to get food almost.

They are awful, they don’t accept BK app coupons and close very early. They need new management, staff and updated look. Hate this one

When I first moved to Hollywood, this was purportedly the second-​busiest BK in Broward (after Weston). It may have been there once, but it ain’t there no more. Lobby deserted at 6:30 PM and I can see why. Menu board had new advertised items but no prices; when I simply asked «how much» the cashier rang up my order and asked for payment. I went ahead and ordered the pulled pork sandwich (2 for $ 5 as advertised; 1 will hit you for $ 3.79) and a large soda. Sandwich had just a tiny blob of pork in the middle of the «extra long» bread. I sprung for large soda because I wanted the plastic cup to go, but nearly one-​third of the options on the Freestyle Coke machine were empty (see pic). And I dined with a view of a garbage can sitting in the middle of the aisle, with roll of fresh bags left on a customer dining table (see pic); even though manager came out to check other garbage cans while I was there, this one remained where it had been left. And from hearing the loud employee sniping about having to take care of the drive-​thru customers it was clear no one wanted to be there. Add me to that.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The staff here are a bunch of air heads that don’t know how to smile. My friend and I came here one day after I picked him up from school and from the moment we walked in I knew it was gonna be a bad time. I tried to order the chicken fries from off the the menu and the cashier informed with with a sour face that they no longer sold them. I shrug and go for the chicken tenders and my friend orders the same. We waited 15 minutes for our order (there was one other person there) and we had to remind the cashier to give us our cups for our drinks. To which she basically tossed at us with an under her breath, «here.» I try to roll it off, get my drink from the soda machine that has a ton of options but isn’t cleaned right so the soda tastes the same no matter what you choose, and sit down with my food. I open the box and see that there’s three tenders that are no longer than 2″, my fries container wasn’t filled completely, and my friends was the same. At this point I’m a little irked that I just spent close to $ 20 for the sad excuse for food but I try to grin and bear it. Well I bite into the tenders and I notice a weird taste so I pull the tender back and see that the meat is yellow? I mean it’s like juicy fruit yellow in the center and fading in color towards the edges. I look at my friend and he rips his open and sees they’re the same. We didn’t even bother with the fries, threw our meals away and went to Wendy’s that’s in the same plaza. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Really bad service… wait to long for a f… sandwich…manager faithing w the employees… people waiting! Ridiculous!!! Coke machine… all flavors out… you guys need people and new manager… she didnt know how to deal w a bussy store!

How hard is it to make a caramel coffee that’s on their menu and costs $ 3? Very hard! I got to work thinking it was too hot, took a sip, and knew it wasn’t right. There was no coffee, just hot water and caramel syrup. This is the 2^nd time! How stupid can they be not to put coffee in it???
Save yourself the headache, head west another 2 blocks, and pay a little more for the other place that always gets it right.

This place is so very very bad. The service is terrible. I have been here three times, all three times they screwed up somehow.
1) I ordered a Whopper meal with a Hershey pie, come home and find no Hershey pie. We are all human and sometimes make mistakes so I went again.
2)Ordered two whopper meals, one Hershey pie and chicken nuggets. I was told to pull up to the exit door and someone will come out and give me my food. Well, I was waiting in my car for 10 minutes before I parked my car and asked where is my food. There response «Oh we forgot about you» not even a sorry.
3) Ordered 2 whoppers and 1 coke. They gave me a median coke WITHOUT THE LID, it was filled to the brim. I am in a car, It is impossible not to spill, in fact as she was handing me the coke some spilt on my arm and she laughed.
That did it for me, never going back to that place.

Average fast food, but service is hit or miss. I come here because the location is convenient during lunch, just across the street from work. Some staff are friendly, but most of them really don’t seem to care or pay attention when you order. They have gotten more of my orders wrong in the past 15 years than they got correct. I have started going to Wendy’s more often because they smile and actually look at you when they hand you the bag of food.
