Terrible office staff. The person on the phone is rude and lacks basic communications and customer service skills. The person who does the glasses is trying to sneak his own business interests between office and insurance. I’ve been with them for three years and I am switching providets because of him. Too bad for Dr. Chen who is a wonderful professional. When you go to a doctor you want to feel better, and her staff makes you feel worst. Not worth the headaches!

Been seeing them for years. Easy to get an appointment. Both Drs. Chen and Hargreaves are very friendly and take their time to answer your questions and concerns.

This is my second appointment. The first one the doc was not in and after an hour waiting it was rescheduled for this week. It is 38 minutes since I arrived and still waiting.

Over the years I’ve gotten several pairs of glasses from Dr. Chen and they were pretty good. But this last pair was poor. I went back several times for adjustments and a re-examination but they said the the prescription was OK and just live with them. But it wasn’t. Finally I gave up and had another pair of glasses made at another place. These were fine.
