The two guys that helped my friend and I several months ago were very friendly and helpful. But a downside of it was that the guy who sold my friend and I sunglasses, used my friends name to look her up on Facebook. That was very unprofessional and started to bug her to hang out with him(not cool).

Just had the most pleasant experience here. Great customer service — two, yes two, of the staff chatted with me and helped me find the best pair of sunnies for my face and style. Left very happy!

This is a good store but what ruins the experience is product that breaks easily. The only other horrible experience is that I spent 100 bucks and was not informed of a return policy since it was a gift. Sadly in this time and age if you buy a gift for someone. And the return policy is only store credit. The service is 5 stars but when you have a policy like that it kinda ruins that too. The odd thing is honestly nobody told me about a return policy after going to different stores multiple times buying in LA. And online offers a hassle free returns for money back well nobody wins in this scenario. However the store is finest if you shop there be aware of the return policy. Don’t be afraid to go there
