Dale of Dale Labs is also a fellow RIT Grad. I’ve toured the lab several times. They are the sincerest people you can meet. They have seen the photo processing industry evolve many times. They are here to answer and serve any of our photographic questions and or concerns.

One of the last photo labs around. Dale processes color negative (C-​41) and slide (E-​6) film. They also process black and white film.
Dale offers a wide array of digital photo printing services.
They’re not open Sunday, and close early Saturday.
Frequent photo workshops are offered.

I came in to ask about developing some professional photos and experienced great customer service. They explained all of their different products and photo programs clearly. They took their time to answer all of my questions. Great job guys keep it up.

Dale Labs is the only lab I trust with my prints. The quality and the attention to details is off the charts. The staff really goes out of their way to help you. Their color accuracy is always spot on. It’s a 40 minute drive from my house but well worth it for great prints! Their prices are extremely reasonable also. I highly recommend it if you are serious about your photography.

I’ve been coming to Dale for several years to take care of my film needs (cross processing, black and whites, etc). Normally I’ve had my simple 35 mm shots done at a local Walgreens or CVS but I was informed they no longer do those on site anymore and mail them out. So, thankfully there’s a local pro shop like Dale’s to the rescue. This morning I hauled a ton of film (20 or so rolls) and the staff member was so patient and helpful. Just about any type of photo service you need (copies, enlargements, scans, etc) they have it. Plus, they have many online services available on their web site.
In my experience, although the corner stores can do 1 hour digital printing it’s a world’s difference when you visit a specialized shop like Dale’s. They are fast, friendly and truly appreciate those interested in photography. Great customer service.
