Worst electrician. He is foul mouthed. He does not know what the hell he is doing and is really lazy. Don’t hire this guy. Very bad choice if you do. You will regret it. He suggested ripping out all my dry walls to rewire my house when all he needed to do was cap a set of loose wires for a ceiling fan.

I hired Doug to replace all of the outlets and switches in my new house. I was a little skeptical after he had serious trouble finding my home after being here once before to fix an outlet. He subbed out the work to a GREAT electrician who took the time to do things right even with Doug calling him every 5 minutes wondering where he and his money were (it was only $ 300). I would highly recommend the guy he subbed the work out to, but based on Doug’s personality and how he treated the sub, I wouldn’t even consider using Doug again.

Doug Duke Electric is the best electrician I ever hired. He was very knowledgeable, and was very polite and answered all my questions. He was prompt and very fast and I checked out his prices against his cooperators and he was 30% cheaper, when leads me to believe that he A. has been in the business a long time and he really knows his stuff. and B. most importantly, he is very honest. A rarity in this town of scam artist and con-men. Thank You so Duke electric! JR
