Horrible! The place is dirty, run down, unsafe, and inadequate!
Checked in and asked for renovated room, told that’s what I was getting. The room is dirty-​floor, fridge, towels stained, hair all over bathroom floor & door, the phone doesn’t have a working outlet, exposed wires by outlets, power strips hanging from table tops, lights out in hall and room, dome missing on ceiling fan, the room safe is not secured to floor or wall, I could go on and on… When requesting a refund, I’ve been told management doesn’t issue refunds. This place is a dump and customer service is a joke, Don’t stay here!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I got it thru Priceline. Fortunately I only needed it one night. It looks and feels like a hotel used by prostitutes and heavy drug users. The room had no heater. There were two windows neither of which shut all the way. And the whole night there were people talking (some might describe it as yelling) to each each other within earshot of one of my open windows. STAY AWAY
