Terrific event decorating school! Well worth the money to attend. And Carmen is an outstanding instructor who will work tirelessly to meet your needs. She is very engaging and extremely knowledgeable about event design, balloon design, floral design, photography, painting, and a myriad of other design elements. She is a wiz. I highly recommend that you get your money together and make your way to her design school. You are bound to make money in return with your business.
