They were super nice when I walked in earlier than my appointment. Anyone that goes there has to go to ADINE! She is the best accountant. Adine took very good care of me. She explained every step and really likes do taxes so she really cares and wants you to get a good return. She is also entertaining and absolutely sweet. I highly recommend everyone go here and get their taxes done by Adine.

The staff it’s amazing! I’ve been meaning to write this review since the dreaded tax season this year. I believe the manager’s name is Yana. She is outstanding! So kind, very thorough & professional. She helped me with all my confusing tax issues the previous year, then got in touch with me this year to earn my businesses again which I really appreciated. Tax season is already so stressful. Go to this location (Sunset & Gower). They take a lot of your stresses and worries away. You getting the best refund is their goal & they do everything in their power to achieve the best results for you. All of the staff members can help, they all amazing accountants with your best interest in mind. You’d be crazy to go anywhere else. Honest!

This place is so unprofessional. The person I have used for years left the company; yet they are still booking appointments for them and then when you show up for your appointment they try to get you to use somebody new. No thanks. This is no way to run a business. Horrible management. What a waste of my time.

I have to say, I wasn’t sure what to expect this chain tax place but they were very helpful and knowledgable. I got a good return this year, probably my best ever! and I also understand more than i did going in about taxes

So like everyone else I do not like to pay taxes. Nor do I like to pay money to pay taxes. So I spent three separate occasions attempting to do my taxes on my own using the H&R free program at home. Sadly, after 14 years of at home taxes I threw in the towel and called a progressional.
I set up an appointment with Adine for later that afternoon and I must say it was the best possible tax situation that I could have had (and I owed the govt a lot at the end). Adine clearly cares about her clients and takes the time to really understand the tax situation before jumping in. She acknowledged all of the work that I had done on my own and offered up their Second Look service so I could save some money. She was extremely knowledgable about all of the questions that I came up with, whether it be related to my current year’s taxes or hypothetical situations that I might have in the future. I would definitely recommend going to this location to do your taxes!
