Hollywood Beach Bubble

This «EXPERIENCE» is incredible! A must try for anyone who lives near or traveling to south Florida. I definitely recommend the sunrise session as it was beyond breath taking sitting in the middle of the ocean in a crystal clear bubble and watching the sun rise. No words!!! Thank you for this! We will be back!

I was skeptical when my friends decided to go bubbling on our girls trip. I was surprised with how much fun I had! It is a lot of work and the time just flew right by. I don’t think that I could go any longer as it is more tiring than you would think. Such a unique and fun experience I’m glad I joined my friends! The staff was super friendly and helpful as well and take great pride in all of their hard work.

We purchased a voucher on living social. We called to schedule our bubble and had to be rescheduled 3 times due to inclement weather. Because we had a hard time finding the bubbling spot, we arrived FOUR minutes late. Four. When we got there, the owner told us that because we were late, we would have to wait. It seems that she used our (slightly) late arrival as an excuse for the fact that she was running behind. There was one bubbly being used and two people waiting so we were supposed to be third in «line». After waiting 20 mins for the people in the bubble to finish, the other 2 people got to go and we figured we’d be next. About 5 minutes later, a family of 5 arrived and she ended up having them go ahead of us, again because we were «late». Mind you, the Bubble she was using was for only 2 people at a time, so in total we waited for over 2 hours. After all the waiting, the owner informed us that the lifeguards had arrived and she could no long bubble as per her agreement with the city. She also informed us that one of her bubbles had a leak and it threw off her scheduling. I was dumbfounded. For the first 2 hours, she kept blaming us, telling us we were late and had to wait for the people who came on time. Now she’s telling us her second bubble popped? Why not be honest from the beginning? Why couldn’t she do the math on her appointments and tell us we would not have time to go before he 9am deadline? She let us sit for 2 hours waiting.
Fast forward a week, I text her asking to reschedule. She never replied. I called twice, with no answer and no call back. I basically lost 2 hours and my money. Huge disappointment. I took the day off to do something unique in the morning with my husband, and all I got was aggravation.

I recently saw this place on Groupon and decided what Unilocal users thought. Based on Jacqueline’s response to the 1 star review i am definitely buying it and going! She made perfect sense about waiting to the last minute to book and as well as standing up to a loser! Way to go business owner! My family and I will be visiting soon!!!

The lady was so sweet trying to accommodate the 4 of us. We rescheduled 3 times because of the weather conditions but finally did it during the sunset on the last day of our Florida vacation. What can I tell, it was well worth the wait, simply AWESOME! Me and my hubby turned into kids and rolled and laughed like crazy in our bubble. Our girls also thoroughly enjoyed their experience: D They wanted to go for the second round :)) The only downside for me was the t shirt I didn’t take off, it was soaking wet after such rigorous workout LOL Keep that mind ;)

What a great experience! When we showed up there were a few people waiting and it went over the 9am stop time (lifeguards orders) and the owner and her staff took the time out of their day to set up the bubble down the beach. Although we had to wait a bit, it was well worth it. The owner was amazing, super friendly and professional. I would recommend this to anyone. Bubble mania!!! It does get hot so aim for early and wear pants that cover your knees… although you clean your feet, sand does get in the bubble so protect yourself.

Absolutely an amazing experience, the staff was pleasant, helpful and so nice!!! Be prepared to do a workout lol! So much fun and relaxing at the same time. Go on a sunny day and park close to the north end of the beach where the pier is. You won’t regret it, great way to spend any weekend or day! Thank you guys again, we will definitely be back!

What a terrible costumer service experience. Personnel with attitude. We couldn’t even redeem our Living Social just because of the bad attitude of the lady on the phone.

We have never had such a bad experience in customer service. They were so far from caring about the customer first that we never even made it past the reservation we were so turned off. We were trying to make our reservation on the last week of our living social coupon and the reservation person that received our call was doing everything possible to not let us do so saying that we had waited to the last minute and would likely have to pay more if the day of our reservation needed to be reschedule if there where any weather issues. We understood that and still wanted to make the reservation knowing that there would be risk with weather, but she just kept telling us that we really shouldn’t have waited to the last minute.
When we bought the living social coupon we had always planned to use it around the first week of February as we where out of town the month before dealing with a family members health issues. Little did we know that it would be such a problem to make the reservation within the expiration date of our coupon! It was such a bad experience on the phone that we decided not to go at all and living social refunded our money due to the trouble we had merely trying to make the appointment. We do not recommend this place at all. Customer service is key. Especially when people are just trying to do something fun. This was the opposite of fun right from the start.

Wow!!! What an amazing, unique, and special water workout! I think this is the only place that does the bubble on the beach. We went for sunrise, but the view came out most beautiful when the sun was out after a while and came out great in the pics. Tips: wear as little clothing as possible for easy sliding in the bubble. Take bottled water so you don’t dehydrate! Loved doing this and I’ll definitely be experiencing this again!!!
