I’ve met my Hollywood hero and his name is Frankie! Arrived on a busy holiday weekend at a moments notice within 30 min. Prepared, pet friendly, stylish and got the job done. Highly recommend.

Frankie effectively opened my door after getting locked out. Took him under 5 minutes. He was professional, cordial but most importantly a kind and funny guy. I’d call him again if I need help!

He came to my house at 11pm to help with a major, three lock, problem! He never gave up on me. Finally I was in safe and sound! Just awesome customer service! Definitely will use this company for more work! Thank you!!!

Frankie O. was very responsive and showed up after 5pm very quickly when I was locked in my apartment by a malfunctioned dead bolt. He was ultra nice and got the job done removing the old locks and replacing a dead bolt and a knob lock for me. Highly recommend them. Thanks Frankie O.

Do Not Call. They were nice enough on the phone but they said it would take them 20 min to get to me. Over an hour later he finally showed up opening the car was quick and easy unfortunately not very careful as he bent my door which left a permanent gap in between the car door and the car so now water gets inside with the door shut and windows rolled up. And when I tried to talk to them about this they just denied it first saying that they have been doing this for 2 yrs with no complaints and I tried to just see about having them come see for themselves of what they did and they just denied doing it and they suggested that the damage was already there in a very condescending way then said that they been doing this for 4yrs and never had a complaint.. So which is it 2 yrs or 4 yrs?
I asked for them to refund only HALF my bill just as a show of good faith. And then he started talking about how I have to prove they did the damage if I try to get my money back. like hes already trying to defend himself against what he knows he did but is denying doing it. .
Well just file this under complaints so now they have 1 on the record!

The person I spoke to on the phone… I think Frankie… Was really helpful and knowledgeable. He had a guy named Ian at my place in no time to make a new key for my Mazda 6. It was a chipped key, and a friend warned me that it’d take forever… But it didn’t. Ian was quick and efficient. He tested it to make sure it worked perfectly — and it sure does. I think they changed $ 260 (not completely sure ’cause I bought an extra key as well and tipped). Great deal compared to other places.
I’d recommend these guys to anyone in the area, and I would call them again if needed.

This 24 hour locksmith it’s excellent Frankieo help me to open my truck and was very helpful it only took him 15 mins to get to my location and 5 mins to open my truck! I would definitely call him again and referred him to my friends

Frankie was amazing. He opened my BMW armed with an arsenal of tools at 3AM. Totally professional. I had just flown into LAX and realized all of my keys were in my luggage — which didn’t make it to LA with me and were on the next flight out from Boston! Frankie came within 15 minutes and spared me additional headache and worry. TOTALLY RECOMMEND. Very quick service! He came to my place within 10 minutes of me calling and efficiently got the job done. He was very friendly and sincere and was able to even give me a discount. We had a great conversation while he was getting the job done and was overall a great help.

First and most important — Gal was very honest and upfront with the whole job management and pricing, he definitely changed my mind on how locksmiths work (last one I had wasn’t too honest), he got in the apt really fast and even lubed up the rest of my locks in the apt.
